It's probably a firm fondant (white and yellow parts like a hard boiled egg) made with a small amount of invertase, an enzyme that breaks down sugar into its glucose and fructose componants and makes it more liquidy. Make the egg shell halves, insert invertased-fondant sets, seal by partially melting edges with a hot knife, and after presing together and mostly hardening cleaning the edges and sealing any holes with the same hot knife method. The enzyme takes time, especially to effect the entire filling, so after a few days, maybe at most a week it should have reached a uniform, soft texture. You'll need to experiment to find the amount needed to make it 'soft but not liquid'. This is common practice to make liquid center chocolates, but techniques, temperature and pH of the sugars you are inverting greatly affect the result. Do some googling and see what works best for you.
Maybe this makes me a horrible person, but I LOVE watching Claire struggle. The harder the challenge, the more rewarding the vid is to watch. Also, the Brad-hate is adorable and necessary.

This is common practice to make liquid center chocolates, but techniques, temperature and pH of the sugars you are inverting greatly affect the result. Do some googling and see what works best for you.
