Maybe she should try a cold snack next. Like gourmet ice cream sandwiches or gourmet those tweety bird popsicles they sold with the lopsided gums as eyes
You mean character popsicles? Maybe gourmet push ups (though that might be easy) or gourmet otter pops? I think the reason is that there's not a lot of cold snacks that's hard to do. Popsicles and ice cream sandwiches are pretty easy to make and im not sure if drinks count though she should totally do kool aid (though im not sure if thats easy too).

@@IndigoBassNotes To be fair, his critism wasn't alway constructive. I love the constructive critisim he gives. But about half the time he wasn't giving constructive--was just teasing people when they were frustrated. Which we as viewers don't know anything about their interpersonal relationships of couse so that m ight be their friendship type. I've always assumed it was something about their friendship. The producer guy in the intro also often gives teasing critisms rather than straight forward critism. Constructive Critism is always great though. But has to be given in terms of the item or the method itself. Not the user. People need to learn to accept critism but people also need to learn how to give it. TWo way street to proper growth.

They may be working with food as their medium, but they're still artists, and if there's one thing one artist knows, it's to leave other frustrated artists alone! 🤣
That sweet flavor she's trying to get? IT'S ALMOND. For some reason it's never listed in the ingredients because it's very second nature to simply use it in baking and pastry recipes over in Japan. No joke.
I wonder if that could cause health issues for people with nut issues! While it might be common practice in japan, it isn’t necessarily that way in America, and many people have nut allergies. (I have no culinary/ingredient listing experience) but I do believe in trying to present all the necessary information to avoid health complications in this situation
It's probably just an aroma and is listed under "artificial flavors". No way they could put real almond in something and not put it in the ingredient list

That’s great to know if you don’t know a chef like Clair near you! Thanks!
Oh yea totally forgot about that lol
Kaylaloves pups stfu
No it's not I'm in the US and get the premiums at my local Asian market
23:10 Claire: “You’re coming at a very bad time.”
Delaney: *Ight imma head out*
Brad: “I’d love to taste the rainbow”
Claire: “that’s not...that’s a different one.”
😂😂😂 throwback to the skittles
Claire: I have to say I don’t know that I’ve ever had pocky...

Maybe she should try a cold snack next. Like gourmet ice cream sandwiches or gourmet those tweety bird popsicles they sold with the lopsided gums as eyes
Claire already did ice cream sandwiches for BA. Just search the BA youtube channel for it.
She could do Drumsticks or Choco Tacos.
When the camera panned to Tommy I was like, “WHY HAVE WE NOT SEEN HIM BEFORE?!”😂 his shirt made me so happy
bro what did claire eat growing up? in literally every episode she always starts with “well, i’ve never eaten this before” lmao
She's said she didn't have a lot of sweets and was pretty "sheltered" from them as a kid. Like they were extra special and rare treats for her.
Little Crow really? huh, so that explains it
i've never eaten pocky either, but had the Korean ones (Pepero) lol
@@user-zj5pb8hv9h the wealthy ones tend to not eat garbage, or at least way less than the poor and middle class. actually, a good thing.
That's good cus it means that you will be less reliant on sweet foods as you grow older
BA staff: you need a pen?
Claire: we don't have pens in St Louis. I will just write with a Pocky.
I DIED when claire used a pocky stick to write on the paper omg 😂😂 dying
I did a double take and had to rewind multiple times to confirm what I saw.
Me too
As it is approaching Christmas season, Claire should try and make a terry’s chocolate orange! It’s the sign that Christmas is here when I see them in stores.
Orange stuff in general. Oranges grow in the winter, so wintertime oranges and orange flavored things are plentiful
*the passion with which gabby talks about pocky is truly remarkable lol.*
That's just how us argentinians are lol
Gaby is a perfect angel who can do no wrong in my heart. I adore her!
Anyone else want Claire to make the ‘hello panda’ things?
Lexie Piach omg yes, i like them more than pocky!
@@alyshamcalpine2238 haha arent they the same ingredients/flavours as pocky? only in a different form?
alysha gail pocky will always be superior
Saloni Gupta basically lmao, i just like them more!
YES!
"Are you kidding?, I diffinitely age."
That exactly what a vampire would have said
Did nobody else notice that she wrote notes with a Pocky at 5:51?
Haha nice catch!
i saw it i didnt think anyone else did
I was searching for this comment. Like how didn't more people notice this?
Isaac Christenson omg 💀
I saw it and replayed it and was like did anybody else just see that
It seems like Chris didn't like being fancast as the villain of gourmet makes so now he's just like 'i will not criticize ANYTHING' lol
if he didn’t wanna be the villain he would’ve never said the words “temper the chocolate”
jk I love Chris Morocco
Just to clarify I loved Morocco being a savage lol. I could tell it was coming from a friendly place but it was nice to have someone that was helpful without being a yes man. I love Claire, and I love Chris.
Ronni Abshier yea same I agree. They’re all friends and I’m pretty sure Claire knew his “criticism” was from a good place
Brad gives off the same chaotic energy that Julien Solomita does
Fire sign energy?
brad and claire give off aries and virgo energy together
I’ve commented the same thing on other videos!

Claire casually walking round with a giant piece of foam with pocky sticking out of the top was hilarious 😂

It was pretty touch and go during Starburst.

I squealed when gabby was running towards Clair's pocky. She looks so excited!

Literally same I was laughing so hard😂
Men’s pocky:
*SANDALWOOD POCKY*
That is cursed
I could taste it for a second and it was Not Fun
That’s so vile!
Jane Garabedian leather pocky lol
I know I'm really late but it has to be sandalwood, teakwood, and leather flavor.
I love that she’s very happy and confident about the results so she tours around the kitchen to make everyone has a bite for those. Claire really nailed this one so happy for her!
Clair: is a pastry chef
Also Clair: the arts and crafts are the best part!
Claire: “do u guys wanna come taste?”
Brad: “I would love to try! taste the rainbow!”
Claire: “that’s not....thats a different one”
Her getting skittle flashbacks
"Do people know how good these are?"
XD Yeah, we do.

claire: you’re coming at a very bad time

They may be working with food as their medium, but they're still artists, and if there's one thing one artist knows, it's to leave other frustrated artists alone! 🤣

ONLY Brad may approach Claire when she's in the depths of a food challenge.
@@doro626 Brad's the chaplain so that makes sense
That sweet flavor she's trying to get? IT'S ALMOND. For some reason it's never listed in the ingredients because it's very second nature to simply use it in baking and pastry recipes over in Japan. No joke.
I wonder if that could cause health issues for people with nut issues! While it might be common practice in japan, it isn’t necessarily that way in America, and many people have nut allergies. (I have no culinary/ingredient listing experience) but I do believe in trying to present all the necessary information to avoid health complications in this situation
Victoria A on the back of the box it lists that the product is made in a factory where nuts are present
It's probably just an aroma and is listed under "artificial flavors". No way they could put real almond in something and not put it in the ingredient list
like the roman concrete thing with sea water
@@via0567 almonds arent nuts
