That was excellent technique. I would have liked to have seen a close-up of closing the stop cock between the phases. I'm always worried that some of my organic will fall into the aqueous phase, or that I will close it too soon and I will leave some of the aqueous in with my organic.
You said first youd use Brine or aqueous sodium chloride for drying and then max sulfite or calcium chloride? Which statement is right? Why would an aqueous chloride dry the phase? Or why would you use it before? You said 2 times drying I dindt understand that point, the rest was very informative to me. thanks you already.
Great video! I have only a thing that irritated me during the extraction ( and it irritated me, even thou I do not know if I'm right on that or it is just an intuition).. Anyway .. I would tear 1/3 or 1/4-th of the lacmus-indicating paper strip to do the job... It is more than enough.. I think the O chemist should do his/her best to use as less reagents possible and to get the highest yield possible...After that I would've put the papers BACK in their package in case the there are acids and gasses on the reaction scene.... :)) :) :) :)
Oh my god you saved my life really helpful video thanks !

I'm here for mescaline, lol. May try DMT.
Lmfaoooo and I’m here for psilocybin extraction 🤣
