Timothy, this house 🏠🏡 is completely different from the others that you showed!! It has everything that you need and want!! You can disappear in something like this!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are fantastic and the other rooms are very comfortable, nice, roomy, and comfortable!! Thank you for everything that you do to bring us homes like these!! Great Price!!😊😊😊😊
The camera work looked okay to me. The upstairs was a nice surprise. I liked the size of the bedrooms. The pantry, not so much, for as big as it is there aren't that many shelves. It also felt crowded and that's when it's empty! Thanks for the tour. When can I start seeing the videos of your new place? Or did I misunderstand?
I wish there could be upgrades in the bathroom area, also. It shouldn't feel like a bathroom kit for 380,000. Upgrades to the windows and bath would avoid later renovation costs to the buyer. An upgrade that would include an actual tub and more area per sq.ft. by reducing the family room size or increasing the amount of light that comes in through larger windows.
Aside from the floors and a few bits of color here and there, this was like being in a black and white film. I'm not putting the home down, it was fine, but the black, white, and gray were over-abundant!
This house is beautiful. But for 300k I am very surprise that there is no fireplace I've seen a lot of inexspensive houses with a fireplace, and the primary ensuite & closet was a big let down to me for 300k I would definitely need a soaker tub & a lot more closet space! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Any Coat Closets in there? NOPE. I don't want wall hooks inside my main entrance, that would look sloppy and cheap to me with those full of jackets and coats...in a Mudroom okay, not there. You don't treat guests stuff like that. First, have a Basement. Get the Mechanicals into the Basement. Then I'd have the Bedroom 3 and 4 module deleted. Put a 2 car Garage where that 2 bedroom module would have been. Widen the Pantry a bit, a foot or two, it can be done with the HVAC moved to the Basement. Turn that full bath into an Ensuite for Bedroom 2. There is plenty of room for Bedrooms upstairs and in a nice Basement, those two bedrooms I said to delete would not be missed. BUT, there still needs to be Coat Closets and a Half Bath added.
Sorry, couldn’t watch this because my pets go crazy with those dang dead batteries (and I’m not crazy about it either)! It’s just not fun to watch without the sound. Might be worth finding a dollar store and sticking a few batteries in your pocket. 🤷♂️😂
What’s with the camera dude are you zoomed in, did you watch this before you posted? You where zoomed in upstairs we seen roof and walls. You don’t normal video like this.

My goodness that price is wild. I worked with Habitat for Humanity as a construction manager and know that these homes should not cost that much!
