At last, a modular home with decent size bedrooms. This was pretty nice overall. Why though, did they separate the washer and dryer? That just seems odd to me. It's bad enough that I drop socks and other smaller items when I transfer the clothes from the washer to the dryer when they're right next to each other, but now we have about a 3 foot gap. The coat room! 👍Cozy living room! The island is so big that the sink doesn't take up that much room. Huge pantry! The guest bathroom is big & beautiful! Love the master suite. ❤ Much cheaper than I thought it would be!

The foyer is a major plus..The kitchen cabinets are Absolutely gorgeouslove the lightness throughout the house.. perfect size laundry then bed rooms are a great size.this home is spectacular..
The Pantry is very nice size but isn't a Butler's pantry. Microwave is in a good spot for cooking short distance from the stove/oven. I would want this home as a single story and this would work very nicely. Love the fireplace in this home and the very large area since I don't really want to Hang a TV. I still might want a mantle put up though.
The coat room is a great idea for a family who has a lot of guests. The living room is beautiful ( love the fireplace), wonderful kitchen. I am one who likes the sink in the island because I dislike feeling cut out of the conversation from the family and guests while doing dishes. It's nice to have a linen closet in the family bathroom. The master bedroom is beautiful but I think it would be perfect if the closet was just a little bit bigger, although I'm sure we can make it work. I think the price is great. You have a great job and I understand why each house is your new favorite; it's because of your enthusiasm. Thank you.

With this home I'll take the spare bedrooms and bathrooms and put them upstairs and put the laundry room where the spare bedrooms are and have a half bath there as well so guests have to go upstairs or even into the master bathroom, and speaking of kids stuff, I'd put them downstairs and have the kids play downstairs.
Great layout. All rooms are spacious, with many additional amenities. A hallway is a very necessary thing. The only thing I would change is the kitchen. Old-fashioned and uncomfortable for me. And of course I would get rid of the carpet.
