I have a blast every time I take it out! I hate to say it but it rivals the much more expensive BMW M1000R!! With the M4, it sounds amazing including crackles and pops and it also gained a bit more power according to the butt dyno. All that at 87 Octane and 45+ mpg ... lol
@@ThatGermanFella if my little Versys x300 has taught me anything... It's that "slow bike fast" has some merit. I hope you get many miles and smiles out of both of your screamers.
As always looks are in the eye of the beholder ... =) , would be a dull world if we all liked the same thing. I don't think the factory option looks bad, but I prefer this one as it now showcases the wheel / swingarm.
Pretty much, it’s the Inline 4 cylinder design vs a parallel twin that everyone went to because of emissions. That is why it is technically detuned from the factory (in Canada even more so). But you can “unlock” an extra 20 hp with just a simple flash that various places offer like TST industries.

It’s a journey! … make sure you test ride the 6R, its seating position is rather aggressive vs the 4R. Power wise, the 6R is no contest …

Love the color of the bike but hate how the M4 exhaust looks
