Egg whites 3
Caster sugar 90g / 12Tbsp
Egg yolk 3
Cake flour 90g / 8Tbsp
Fresh milk 30ml / 2Tbsp
Vegetable oil 20g / 1.5Tbsp
Vanilla bean paste 1tsp
Pan Size 15cm
Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 30-35 minutes

I made this today and it is delicious, amazing and easy to make. Just the right size for 2, no waste of food, sometimes a 2 or 3 layer cake spoils because we cannot eat it all. I used a 7 inches spring form pan. Thank you very much. Cannot wait till tomorrow to have another piece...

Did you put baking powder
I also had the same trouble. So, today I just tried this recipe and it's perfectly but too sweet and too small cuz my pan size is 24,5. I guess on next time I'll reduce the quantity of sugar and double the other ingredients
@@eudymbongo8977 good idea but be careful! You can reduce the sugar by taking out a third and it will still turn out good.
