He’s always been optional. Gives you a pretty good powerup for zero though. Only makes sense for 100% runs though. Wastes time for any%

Well here the story here is that DR WAHWEE is testing our favourite blondie edgy robot in a simulation basically (3 years later yay :D)

nope all you have to is beat the game as Mega-Man to unlock Zero
beat in normal mode, not easy mode
