    -可以做7个发糕, 这其实取决于纸杯的尺寸, 这里只供参考👌
    材料:
    清水 - 240毫升
    幼糖 - 100克
    自发面粉 - 250克
    玉米油 - 50毫升
    发粉(泡打粉) - 1茶匙
    食用色素(红色和黄色) - 适量
    做法:
    1) 除了食用色素以外的所有材料混合均匀至顺滑面糊。
    2) 舀出4汤匙面糊, 加入适量黄色食用色素, 搅拌均匀。
    3) 剩下的面糊加入适量红色食用色素, 搅拌均匀。
    4) 把红色面糊倒入量杯内。
    5) 准备几个发糕模(视频我用蛋挞模), 把纸杯垫在模具里。
    6) 先把红色面糊倒入纸杯, 8-9分满即可。
    7) 过后舀入大约半汤匙黄色面糊。
    8) 水滚后, 放入蒸锅内, 大火蒸20分钟。记得一定一定要大火, 否则发糕很难发起来。

    [Dual Colour Huat Kueh Recipe]
    - yield 7pcs huat kueh, it actually depends on your paper cup size too, just for your reference 👌
    Ingredients:
    Water - 240ml
    Caster sugar - 100g
    Self raising flour - 250g
    Corn oil - 50ml
    Baking powder - 1tsp
    Food colouring (Red & yellow) - few drops
    Method:
    1) Stir & mix all ingredients except food colouring into a smooth batter.
    2) Scoop out 4 tbsp of batter, add some yellow food colouring & mix well.
    3) Add some red food colouring into the remaining batter & mix well.
    4) Pour the red batter into a measuring cup.
    5) Prepare few huat kueh mould (I use egg tart mould in video), place in a paper cup.
    6) Pour the red batter into paper cup with 80%-90% full.
    7) Then, scoop about 1/2 tbsp of yellow batter on top.
    8) Transfer them to a steamer which has been boiled, steam over HIGH HEAT for 20 minutes. Remember HIGH HEAT is a MUST, else huat kueh can't bloom nicely.
