    5 Mandarin Orange 柑橘
    (230ml Orange juice 柑橘汁)
    120ml Hot water 热水
    150g Caster sugar 细砂糖
    80g Corn oil 玉米油
    1/2 tbsp Baking powder 泡打粉
    370g Self raising flour 自发面粉
    Portion 份量: 9 to 10 Huat Kuih
