15 MINUTE CORE WORKOUT with Olympian Joey Mantia (No Equipment)

  • Follow along as I take you through the same exact 15 minute core workout I do three times a week to successfully prevent back injuries. This is a challenging set, but none of the ab exercises are overly advanced, and you can modify any of them as you see fit to get the workout you need.

    Really enjoyed this workout! It's especially great to see an Olympian sharing such a well-rounded sequence with glutes, hamstrings, and backbends included instead of just straight "ab blasting". Thanks for creating and posting this!

    I just started getting into inline skating, and found your channel. This workout is, I think, going to be extremely helpful. I've been having difficulty balancing on one skate; I'm hoping this will help. Thanks for making the video. Commitment: I'm going to watch this video and do this workout at least three times a week.

    This was seriously hard, im going try this 2 a 3 times in a week. Hopefully im going to have a better core than. Its very important for a cyclist 😅

      My back hurts a bit when I skate for 18 km approx. I wanna improve my performance:)

    Nice workout! But I felt more my shoulders and upperbody after this more than core 🤔 propabbly cuz of the pushups and long plank exercises

      I was the same at first. Also, on a lot of the exercises, if you don't actively engage your core the entire time, they're really not that difficult, so your concentration and attention to detail pretty much dictates the effectiveness of the workout
