I am a regular follower of your content. I am from Delhi Sunny paaji. I follow you channel for exercise techniques and advice. I have been training for two years almost regularly, it is a hobby. I just want to be as strong as I can by working out few days a week. I have tried one muscle group per day and two muscle group spilt. But now I workout multiple muscle groups 4 days a week. My split is Chest, Shoulder, Back and abs on day one and three, and Legs, lower back, arms and sides on day 2 and day 4. I do around 70-75 sets each day. This way I can get 3 rest days a week and train all muscle groups twice. Are there any issues with this plan? Age 23, H 5'11, W 80 kg

Sunny there are two schools of thoughts you are a volume guy...but many people respond better to Mike Mentzer style high intensity low volume but higher exercise density especially if one is a natural trainer. Volume training is better for enhanced athletes
