    Key points from the video
    1. 3 meals a day with 4-5 hours of gap (8 am-1 pm - 8 pm)
    2. Most tasty and heavy breakfast, heaviest of all lunch, light dinner ( *Fittuber says lunch should be heaviest, because sun is at its peak and so food digest easily at this time)
    3. Try to eat a apple daily (it has all nutrients)
    4. Protein intake is compulsory, it will make you full for long hours (eggs, paneer, tofu, chicken, pulses)
    5. Water intake should be between eating hours 1-2 glass before and after meals (1 hour gap with meal)
    6. Eat everything in moderate (neither overeating nor starving)
    7. Try to eat slowly and without any distractions like phone, tv, etc. (duration for each meal should be around 30-40 minutes)
    8. Excercise , sports, dance, yoga (anything you enjoy for 30+30 minutes morning evening)
    9. Desi ghee, mustard oil, sendha namak/ organic salt must be included
    10. Love sandeep sir 😊

      Matlab jo log Villages mein rehte hain wo hi sabyah hain !! They wake up early , having good meal, sleep early , Desi ghee , Milk and Dahi is their key foods and they intake barley as well :)

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

      Seasonally fruit is better than unseasonal fruit.

    Good video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle mass and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and ate 5-6 meals a day. It worked very well for me. No intermittent fasting, no starving myself etc…Losing weight and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

    She is absulutely right. I hv lost 10 kg with portion control and only homemade khana. Being a working women it's not easy to cook such fancy food for myself. I added carb fat fiber protein in my every meal.

    I started running daily to loose by belly fat ( 6km daily with 4:30 min pace 😎) . But after running for 5 months i didn't see any lose in belly fat. And i came to know that : fat is directly proportional to your diet.

    I was on Crash Diet for almost a month, and lose only 2 kg. I was thinking 🤔 what's wrong I was doing with my diet. Eating almost nothing and working out but my weight just stand steel there. Then I watch this video...God gracious... Followed each advice given from the water intake, protein,complex carbs,good fat and there it is.. I loose 1.5kg in just a week. I have more calories from the so called crash diet plan. Added fat, increase my water level, had enough carbs and protein and I loose 3.3 pounds,1.5kg in a week. This video is a saviour honestly. Tq so much to both of you, as you have helped me to loose more weight as I want. Now I have lose more than 6kg in less than 8 weeks. No crash diet, just good diet plan and enough water with consistent workouts. Even my daily energy is good now.

I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 minutes workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌.     Simple way to loose your weight and feel healthier .. tried and tested.
    Follow these steps.
    Before you begin your routine Do not check your weight. Instead Pick a t-shirt of lower size ( currently if you are wearing XL take L) wear it to see it should fit skin tight on you and notice how your body pops out take a picture and save it for next 45 days.
    Have patience and strong determination.😑
    Daily routine: start your day
    1.Have a drink of 15 ml Apple cider vinegar (organic mother) with half lime juice squeezed in warm water 300 ml as soon as you get up in morning.
    2. Have your normal breakfast after 45 mins.
    3. Do not eat any thing for 3-4 hours, you can have tea or coffee without milk and sugar. Green tea is best
    4. Have your lunch normal do not over fill your belly leave it little empty
    5. Take snacks like biscuits or rusk with tea or coffee with milk but no sugar u can use artificial sweetener just for taste.
    6. Dinner as normal between 6-7 pm do not over fill your belly let it be lil empty.
    7. Walk in late evenings. Brisk walk start with 1km for first week. 3 km second week. 4 km third week. 5km fourth week and maintain 5km there after every alternate days. Do not forget to take your music with you 😍
    8. Just before bed take 15ml Apple cider vinegar with half lime juice in warm water. Like step one.
    9. Should go to bed sharp 10pm for At least 8 hours of sound sleep. Don’t forget to switch off your cell phone 😬
    10. Say no to sugar
    11. Say no to any soft drinks. Instead drink lots of water 2-3 liters a day
    12. Say no to junk food.
    After 45 days take out that lower size T-Shirt and wear it you will be surprised to see that T-shirt will fit loose on your body. Bonus, step down tight one more hole on your belt buckle.🤗🤗
    Stay fit stay healthy enjoy your life.

    Every body is different. I am a hardcore fitness entgusiasts and i walk 1hour a day 4 days a week since last 30years. I also do weight training and floor excersises of 30min per day , 3 days a week since 30years.
    Im 52,supremely fit and i follow OMAD diet. One meal a day. It works for me.
