Good video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle mass and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and ate 5-6 meals a day. It worked very well for me. No intermittent fasting, no starving myself etc…Losing weight and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

Simple way to loose your weight and feel healthier .. tried and tested.
Follow these steps.
Before you begin your routine Do not check your weight. Instead Pick a t-shirt of lower size ( currently if you are wearing XL take L) wear it to see it should fit skin tight on you and notice how your body pops out take a picture and save it for next 45 days.
Have patience and strong determination.😑
Daily routine: start your day
1.Have a drink of 15 ml Apple cider vinegar (organic mother) with half lime juice squeezed in warm water 300 ml as soon as you get up in morning.
2. Have your normal breakfast after 45 mins.
3. Do not eat any thing for 3-4 hours, you can have tea or coffee without milk and sugar. Green tea is best
4. Have your lunch normal do not over fill your belly leave it little empty
5. Take snacks like biscuits or rusk with tea or coffee with milk but no sugar u can use artificial sweetener just for taste.
6. Dinner as normal between 6-7 pm do not over fill your belly let it be lil empty.
7. Walk in late evenings. Brisk walk start with 1km for first week. 3 km second week. 4 km third week. 5km fourth week and maintain 5km there after every alternate days. Do not forget to take your music with you 😍
8. Just before bed take 15ml Apple cider vinegar with half lime juice in warm water. Like step one.
9. Should go to bed sharp 10pm for At least 8 hours of sound sleep. Don’t forget to switch off your cell phone 😬
10. Say no to sugar
11. Say no to any soft drinks. Instead drink lots of water 2-3 liters a day
12. Say no to junk food.
After 45 days take out that lower size T-Shirt and wear it you will be surprised to see that T-shirt will fit loose on your body. Bonus, step down tight one more hole on your belt buckle.🤗🤗
