    सर आजकल गर्मी बहुत ज्यादा हो रही है जिससे डाइट भी ज्यादा खाई नही जा रही ज्यादातर लिक्विड पीने का ही मन करता है खाने का नही तो कुछ इसपर बनाइये की क्या क्या ले क्यों कि अंडे खाये नही जा रहे है इस गर्मी मे रोटी सब्ज़ी, दाल, दलिया, शेक और जूस सिर्फ इन चीज़ों से काम चल रहा है क्या यह सही है खाने का ज्यादा मन नही होता है आजकल।
