Best not to use this on your cat if they groom excessively. Can be used cautiously. Only a light mist, spread it around with your hands, and then no more than once/week.
I'm glad you mentioned this. I need help for my cats. I can't seem to get rid of these things. I've used top spit. Collars spray for the House. Vacuum like crazy. I bath them in dawn which is a total nightmare. What else can I do?? I need a spray that I can use on them. I comb but I can't get their legs. They won't let me even look on their legs. These things just keep coming back.
hey! Quick tip - add the essential oils to the final bottle instead of the measuring cup because when you add to the measuring cup the essential oil spreads across the surface sticking to the sides of the measuring cup as you pour its into the spray bottle.

@@dbirdeycapozzi9807 hi! My vet gave me a list of foods and how to decide if my dog needs to be eating cooling foods or warming foods. What breeds mix are your dogs and can you tell if they run cold or hot ex: golden retrievers run hot and need cooling foods always hot and panting. Some dogs are skinny and always shaking and cold. So you have to look at what ailments your dog has any health problems?
This mixture is over the Top! Excellent, I am returning to inform everyone it WORKS: Witch hazel, aloe gel, lemon essential oil, lavender, and cedarwood mixed together works. And, it's calming and smells good. Thank you Doctor so much for caring. My doggie isn't suffering anymore.
This is what i wanted hear, that it works! I just watched his newest video on this, and just happened across this one. The new video he made only has lemon, thyme and ACV. The problem is that I never see comments saying whether it works or not.
I make my own repellent by slicing a couple lemons thinly, cover with water, add lavender, thyme or rosemary herbs (or any combo). Then boil and cook lightly for 10 minutes. Then seep overnight. I strain in morning and then add some raw apple cider vinegar. This works great!!!
I knew an airdale dog who lived at a lumber yard and he would always lay onto of the stacked up cedarwood, I guess he knew cedarwood keeps bugs away. Animals are so smart!
I just made my second batch of this today. It works great for my pup. And, we're in East Texas. I apply it twice a week. Thank you for all the great information!
Tabitha i live in OK and i tried what this dr said, but be careful tick and fleas in our area are deadly. I’m loosing my dog because i tried his recipes for a couple months. I felt i needed to let u know.
@@maryamsalamat7925 are you saying this spray didn’t work? I have no idea what to do about the tick situation in our area. I’m constantly finding ticks on our dogs. I don’t know what to do
@@jaimeann9505 apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle, diluted a bit with water. Fleas & ticks hate the stuff, mosquitoes too. White vinegar might work too, I’m not sure.
You are such a kind hearted person, Dr. Jones, to give us all of this important info for free. I'm serious. Have been looking for natural flea and tick ingredients ever since the C, where I decided I'm done with every time I go to the vet it costs more than when I use to go to the Dr. The last time I went to the Dr. was 2016. I remember growing up, only in a getting hit by a car emergency did we really take our dog and other pets to the vet. It's amazing how they all survived living long freedom filled lives.
Same here! I don't take any of my pets to the vet unless there is an emergency. Niether did my parents. My dogs and cats through my entire life have all lived long lives (aside from being hit by a car :-( )... longer than the statistics. Question: Did you ever hear of boosters for Rabies? I never did... I believed it was one shot and done... but my vet was insisting that they have to have regular shots... I don't quite trust that... I honestly need a new vet... I feel like mine is a little money grabbing.
Thanks for the video We used to have a flea issue and then I started rubbing down my fur babies with coconut oil after the bath and my dogs has never had fleas since . It’s also great to to use to pick fleas off the dog since the oil immobilizes the flea. Coconut oil also relieves hot spots . Helpful hit
I vacuumed, sprayed my dog and his environs, (including outside...) and got better results than from a visit to the vet for the shot and pills. Thank-you, so much, Dr!! It WORKS, is SAFE, is EASY to make, and AFFORDABLE!!
My dogs yawn as an expression. It seems to mean that everything is fine, my yawn takes care of it, somehow. Don't ask me how yawning is a cure for or covers over problems for my dogs, but it seems this is how they use their expressive yawns.
@@sweetds1 I thank God so much for dogs. I had a rough childhood and dogs were always there for me. I cannot understand how someone can't believe in God when they have known the love and devotion of a dog. Love is so obviously built right into them. They have nothing to prove, and yet they unconditionally love us. They are one of God's greatest expressions of His love for us. Just to think about my dogs warms my heart!
Kathleen Norton I couldn’t agree more. Animals and children are true blessings in our lives and how anyone could ever be mean to or hurt either is just criminal. Thanks for your positive comments. Bless you and your pooch. 😇❤️
I use a version of this for mosquitos for people. Lavender, cedarwood & lemon grass with witch hazel & aloe juice. I use them as a spray & have to reapply about every 2-3 hrs. Makes perfect sense that it’ll work for our fur babies
Listen to this man I haven't tried this specific combination but used spray containing most of these things I hate sprays and am asthmatic and sensitive to smells but when your knee deep in fleas and your dog and cat are ate up as well smells get less important when compared to say gasoline because a flea infestation will have you contemplating arson
I can't praise you enough for this stuff. Lost my dog over 2 years ago aged 16+yrs. German Shepherd/Akita cross. Still have my cat about 12+yrs. I'm in the U.K. Wish you were closer. A friendly.distance. Please take care.
Several people have made comments about the aloe vera going bad if it's not refrigerated or if it's not used within a day or two blah blah blah first of all ,witch hazel contains alcohol and the essential oils also help in keeping the aloe vera juice from spoiling. Washing hands thoroughly and minimizing contact what's the ingredients plays a large part in keeping this solution from being contaminated.
@@markgoodwin183 okay then ,so since that brand of witch-hazel contains no alcohol, let's just all get negged out and just go along with the theory that it's going to ferment and go bad excetera excetera and of course the essential oils don't have any antibacterial or preservative properties either, would that be correct? So according to you, it WILL spoil? So , if that's what you want to believe and it makes you feel better ; then you win !You win ! Isn't that a terrific feeling ? I hope your life gets better now .
Thank you so much for all of your hard work , research, and love for our sweet fur babies! Your knowledge and free book is as much a blessing as yourself, Doc!
I just found your channel! I am a person who prefers a holistic approach over commercial products. I just rescued a dog named Lucky--first time pet owner. I just happened to stumbled across this video and just so happens Lucky is a smaller version of your baby! Thank you for posting
Thank you for this! It's nice to get a natural option from an actual vet. My dog had tremors for a few days after using the conventional flea medicine so I am scared to give it to her again. I would hate to be causing damage to her every single month with the flea medicine.
You are so AWESOME! I work as a fulltime rescuer with many vets and shelters. I have seen countless dogs and cats poisoned and having seizures from otc flea n tick collars, sprays, dab ons and powders. I hope people listen and go natural. Your spray rocks and dogs smell wonderful!!!! Diatemaceous earth in doors and yard will help prevent or kill any bugs that could affect your pets. Still use heartworm PLEASE.
Diatemaceus earth must be used with responsability since it kills thicks and kills honey bee too and these last ones are polinators for our food. Just be cautious please.
I'm going to stop using vet medication for fleas and ticks, and use an essential oil mixture instead. But, I still need heartworm protection. The pill I was giving my dog protected against fleas, ticks, heartworm, and internal parasites. What is a safe heartworm treatment please?
Great option for my dog - we live in the desert and don't have fleas / ticks; but when I travel to California, it's nice to have an option that isn't toxic - thank you!
Thank you i searched and searched for recipes for flea and tick repelant... Finally i came up with a recipe of my own ... The spray i made for carpets, furniture, etc. Using Applecider Vinegar and water plus the essential oils listed below... turned out to also keep Misquitos off .. 6 drops each essential oils Lavender, Rosemary, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Cedar wood, and only 2 of Basil... I used Extra Virgin Olive oil ast the carrier for the other oils .. This I used like the drops you put on the back of their necks and seems to be working well... Minus the Vinegar and water for use on my dogs and 2 cats.
I don’t feed my pets insecticide! I’m aware of heartworms, etc. however I treat parasites with natural remedies. It works! Thank you SO MUCH for your videos. They are a huge help caring for our animals. 😊 Brightest Blessings 💫🌟
@@Kernica1 over vaccinated animals get heartworms. My dogs have titters done. If you vaccinate your dog twice in the first year, that vaccine is usually good for 5 years. If your dogs have heartworms, use calf wormer.
Hello Dr. Jones, I really want to thank you for your suggestion on the organic, and healthy approach to fleas and ticks on our pets. Additionally, I wanted to share my experience with your suggestion. I bought all the ingredients you suggested to repel fleas on my dog and cat. However, I forgot that bees can respond to the pheromones. I soaked my melanois female dog before taking her out to the back yard to do her business. In the process, unbeknownst to me, I locked myself out. So when coming back inside the house the bees reacted intensely. Once my son opened the door, we came in with a few bees on us. One stung me on the neck, one them got on my kitten, a few were on my hair, one stung my son, but thankfully, the pets suffered no harm. So we have to be careful if we are outdoors close to honey bees as some essential oil scent can trigger bees to react. I do believe that your recipe has soothed my dog's skin, and she likes it. Hopefully others would not have to go through what I went through, especially if you are near honey bees. Another thing that works really fast is a flea comb. Thank you! Sonja in Socal.
I will say, I tested out the effects of essential oils on all the tics I pulled off my dog. They all killed the ticks, but it took hours I used lavender on one tick Eucalyptus on the next, Tea tree oil, Lavender Peppermint Lemongrass The ticks hated it and eventually died. I have the ticks in a jar, and they've been alive for a three weeks without food or water. These things are fucking crazy.. mus be straight from hell
@@jeffsmith6187 because I pulled them off my dog and they were in ziplock bags and I put them in a jar to secure it do they couldn't get out. Appreciate, but I always go for the simplest. Have used highly diluted Braggs vinegar for a long time and works great. I live in the woods, & have many critters to deal with. Thanks for posting helpful alternatives.
@@cirosochyesposito9443 There are probably instructions if you Google or ask a vet. What works for me is to put a tiny bit in their morning water (less than 1/2 tsp,) and maybe 1:8 dilution in a spray bottle (give or take, it doesn’t have to be very strong) and wipe them down with it at night. They actually like it because I’ve done this since they were puppies. So far we’ve had zero ticks even try to bite, and no other critters around either.
@@laurachin6394 thanks so much! I have found one big tick on my dog no fleas so far 🙏 so I was searching for natural remedies to avoid any chemicals as possible. I really appreciate it!
I also use rosemary and lemon juice in water around my clothes, bedding, dirty laundry, washing floors, dog area, and scent free fabric softener sheets or liquid. This helps to deter bugs. I’ve used catnip tea with a few drops of citrus essential oil with good effect on myself with Florida mosquitoes for my evening walk. It smells pleasant and I don’t feel a need to shower it off like with the deet repellants. Thanks for the channel 🥰🐕🥰
I planted cat nip for my cats this year, just from cheapo seeds from walmart, and it's grown like crazy -- I have cats, so I'm not sure about the citrus oil, but I'm going to use it on myself because I live in Richmond, VA and we have the no-seeums starting around 4 PM and I usually work in my garden around 7 PM due to the heat -- and the only way you can stay out there is to , exactly as you stated, douse yourself in spray, then literally scrub your skin in the shower afterward, so I'm definitely going to try this -- thanks so much for posting !!!
40 drops essential oils : lav.- 10 drops, lem. - 10 drops, cedar wood oil - 20 drops 1/4 aka 4 TBS witch hazel ditto for Aloe Vera juice. Can also apply where the pups not as likely to lick.
Thanks for sharing. As a teacher of Aromatherapy I would recommend less drops, for a spray - not more as 1 %. Instead Lemon, we use Lemongrass or Citronella or Rose Geranium. Plus Neemoil and for the basis we use hydrosols (without alcohol) of Cistus ladaniferus, Witch Hazel, and 10 ml Black Cumin oil (fatty oil) and Coconut oil. If you have a good spray nozzle, it will work. 🌺🌺🌺For example: 5 gtt Lavender, 5 gtt Citronella, 5 gtt Cedarwood or Stone Pine, 5 gtt Neemoil, in 60 ml Cistushydrosol, 20 ml Witch Hazel hydrosol, 10 ml Aloe Vera oil, 9 ml Black Cumin Seed oil. Many greetings from Germany🌺🌺🌺
I’ve done the commercial flea and tick stuff, but I really HATE putting chemicals on my dog, I’m in Iowa so once it freezes, I don’t give any flea, tick or heartworm meds. I live in a small town and in the summer the town sprays for mosquitos once a week in the evening. We don’t go out when they spay in the evenings. So this year I’m trying this method. I'm so sorry your fur baby had a seizure, I've been through that with several dogs. It's horrible to watch. And I believe for a few it was from medication. Happy I found this wonderful Doctor.
Also for anyone wondering if your dog has fleas have them sleep on a white sheet Every morning spray the sheet w water and if the specks of dirt turns into blood then it’s flea poop which is dried blood Diet plays a huge part so feed raw it keeps their immune system high you can add a little garlic to their food and try immune boost by standard process that’s my formula

I've used coconut oil on my dog, generously, as a flea natural treatment on more vulnerable areas like the neck, loin, butt area and tail. I still saw fleas crawling on her oily skin, alive and well. Very disappointed.
@tiffanybarnes3831 how much coconut oil do you apply? How often and where at on the dog? Thanks, I need to definitely find natural alternatives for my dog🥺🐕❤️
We had a dog for awhile that wanted to eat our other dog. Tore after her several times. The first time I took her to the vet and they stitched her up and gave her antibiotics. Before she healed she needed another round of antibiotics. The next time I looked up essential oils to help. So twice a day I rinsed it with colloidal silver water (have machine so wasn’t expensive) and a douse of essential oil water. She healed quite well with that with no infection or side effects that I could tell.
This worked so fast and great for both my dog and cat !!! I peeled my aloe and put in high speed blender. Thank you , Thank you Thank you !!!! In 3 days they are so much better ! Now do you have any ideas for what I can use on my lawn that is non toxic?

I have a pit and found that a lot of pits have chicken allergies/ sensitivities. I ended up cooking his food instead of dog food which almost all have chicken biproduct in. He also got sick with the flea and tick meds
Tried this for my 16 month old dog and it worked! The fleas either jumped ship as I was spraying or they died of dehydration and cracked exoskeletons. Just moved to a new state and have switched topical flea medications and nothing was preventing them from reinhabitting whenever he squats outside. Thank you thank you thank you!

Was so enthusiastic about making this for my Yorkie, did not work at all😞 these must be the most resistant fleas on earth. Trying frontline plus and praying for a miracle because I can’t bathe her every three days 🥴
I really liked his explanation of the toxicity or lack there of essential oils. It makes me feel more at ease about using essential oils on my pets. I’m going to buy these ingredients and make this flea spray. Thanks.
Start with 16 oz spray bottle. 2 caps Dr Bronners peppermint soap 2 caps Tea Tree oil. Fill with water. Fleas, ticks and mosquitos avoid us. I use it on me(im the mosquito/flea bait)and Sadie, on her paws after parks
sadly i got my son's dog back when he died suddenly a year ago and he is allergic to tea tree oil, flea products, corn and wheat so i have to be very careful what i use. at the moment i use vinegar and dish soap or ppl shampoo for him for bath and we haven't gotten fleas in a few years. if we do i bath them every 2-3 days to kill them and keep egg laying to a minimum, plus put diatomaceous earth all over the floor of my bedroom where i keep them while battling the fleas. they go out to pee and straight back into my room. jthe earth kills fleas and eggs that fall on floor. then i vacuum daily where they walk and usually within 14 days the fleas are dead. it usually is late aug/sept/oct i get them here in canada and i also find i have wood heat so if i still have a few when oct comes and its time for heat i run the wood furnace good and hot for several days making the humidity very low and it kills them off. they can't live at less than 50 % humidity if u can keep it down for 48 hrs. this can be challenging if u have an HVAC system as all newer houses do by law here because the system keeps bringing in fresh air which has moisture in it. that happens in my house so if needed i run my dehumidifier in the basement to keep the humidity really low. i've only had them once in the last 5 yrs and that was because a relative brought dogs over with fleas after telling me they didn't have any. i live in the country in sand so i have to really watch out for them.
@shelleyg1836 I was under the impression that tea tree oil is highly toxic for pets, so be careful about putting it where they can lick/chew themselves. And I learned the hard way that diatomaceous earth can affect their breathing (by dehydrating the lungs). I used it just once on my dog, being careful to keep it out of her face, and she started rasping within hours.
I stumbled on Dr. Jones TH-cam Videos - I'm impressed with his knowledge and I like his approach and non toxic remedies for illness. Looking forward to read his book.

Have you tried Agriscept? It’s a water based 4-citrus blend that kills pathogens. You can put it in drinking water, so I’m assuming it will work for cats. Check to be sure.
Those three oils make sense, they are the active ingredient of many organic insecticides. Cedarwood is the big hitter. I spray it on mylawn and around the house to keep the critters out.

Tula was a little nervous, that's why she kept looking back at the sound... but she did great, trusted him. The sound is what gets them. You can try pouring out a bit & rubbing it on your hands then massage it into the fur. Just remember to shake it often. I rescued a dog that was extremely nervous about sounds bc the lousy owner just tied it up in the yard (from the time he got him as a puppy) & didn't desensitize the poor little thing to being handled or anything. It took a while, but I eventually trained him to be a Service Dog. Good luck with yours.

Good I found this and I will buy the ingredients to use it on my 7 year old yorkichi that for the first time in her life she has gotten these unwanted creatures “Fleas”. I am using a formula with soap, organic, water and vinegar and it is working. I am bathing her with this formula every 2-3 days and I can see the adult fleas died there but the eggs and probably larva’s is taking more time. She is not infested that bad but when she scratches here and there I go with the flea comb and catch them. I don’t have a clue where she got this; we spray our front and back yard for weeds, teaks, fleas, etc. anyway, I love this and it will be for maintenance for my dog. Ah! Also I am cleaning very well my home, specially where she lays down or sleeps. Thank you

I'm happy to hear it works❤
Did you use aloe Vera juice like he recommended in the video or did you actually use aloe gel?
Thanks for the testimonial update, this is what I need to hear! 👍 Will give it a try.
This is what i wanted hear, that it works! I just watched his newest video on this, and just happened across this one. The new video he made only has lemon, thyme and ACV. The problem is that I never see comments saying whether it works or not.
LOVE THE WAY HIS DOG IS LOOKING AT WHAT HES DOING
I make my own repellent by slicing a couple lemons thinly, cover with water, add lavender, thyme or rosemary herbs (or any combo). Then boil and cook lightly for 10 minutes. Then seep overnight. I strain in morning and then add some raw apple cider vinegar. This works great!!!
Nice
Is this for cats or dogs? I have cats.
@frank&hotlips I have only used this for dogs so I don't know.
@Kernica1 I don't. I just barely cover the lemons with water. I probably add a few tablespoons of ACV.
can you be so kind of giving us the amount of herbs to add plus amount of ACV to use?
I knew an airdale dog who lived at a lumber yard and he would always lay onto of the stacked up cedarwood, I guess he knew cedarwood keeps bugs away. Animals are so smart!
I just made my second batch of this today. It works great for my pup. And, we're in East Texas. I apply it twice a week. Thank you for all the great information!

You are very wise.😁♥️
Thanks for the video
We used to have a flea issue and then I started rubbing down my fur babies with coconut oil after the bath and my dogs has never had fleas since . It’s also great to to use to pick fleas off the dog since the oil immobilizes the flea. Coconut oil also relieves hot spots . Helpful hit

Can it be used on cats?
@@carlyandfriends1547 yes it can. Just takes a few washes to get it out.

This stuff works immediately !!! Sprayed it on my tick infested pup Picked off a few while I was spraying and they died within minutes
So it actually killed tie fleas. I thought it was just a repellent.
Will give it a try.
I vacuumed, sprayed my dog and his environs, (including outside...) and got better results than from a visit to the vet for the shot and pills. Thank-you, so much, Dr!! It WORKS, is SAFE, is EASY to make, and AFFORDABLE!!

Hi, how often do you use the spray on your dog?
I love that the TICK FIGHTER SPRAY is made from natural ingredients. It’s safe for my pet and works wonders!
I love how well behaved your dog is during the entire time. He is so adorable! Thanks for sharing this recipe for dog spray :-)

I will say, I tested out the effects of essential oils on all the tics I pulled off my dog.
They all killed the ticks, but it took hours
I used lavender on one tick
Eucalyptus on the next,
Tea tree oil,
Lavender
Peppermint
Lemongrass
The ticks hated it and eventually died. I have the ticks in a jar, and they've been alive for a three weeks without food or water. These things are fucking crazy.. mus be straight from hell
Why would you keep them in a jar dude
When you pick off ticks... Put them in alcohol... That kills them!🕷🕷🕷🕷
s. elizabeth Maybe their being straight from hell is the reason why tradition is to burn them. 💡
@@jeffsmith6187 because I pulled them off my dog and they were in ziplock bags and I put them in a jar to secure it do they couldn't get out. I was going to kill them all, but then I'd have to open up the bags and I didnt want to do that, so I figured I'd just wait for them to die. But they won't die. I'm sure eventually they will
They can live for like years or months without a host . Crazy creepy and disgusting things !
Appreciate, but I always go for the simplest. Have used highly diluted Braggs vinegar for a long time and works great. I live in the woods, & have many critters to deal with. Thanks for posting helpful alternatives.
How do you apply it for dogs, do I have to mix it with other things?
@@cirosochyesposito9443 There are probably instructions if you Google or ask a vet. What works for me is to put a tiny bit in their morning water (less than 1/2 tsp,) and maybe 1:8 dilution in a spray bottle (give or take, it doesn’t have to be very strong) and wipe them down with it at night. They actually like it because I’ve done this since they were puppies. So far we’ve had zero ticks even try to bite, and no other critters around either.

That is another option
sadly i got my son's dog back when he died suddenly a year ago and he is allergic to tea tree oil, flea products, corn and wheat so i have to be very careful what i use. at the moment i use vinegar and dish soap or ppl shampoo for him for bath and we haven't gotten fleas in a few years. if we do i bath them every 2-3 days to kill them and keep egg laying to a minimum, plus put diatomaceous earth all over the floor of my bedroom where i keep them while battling the fleas. they go out to pee and straight back into my room. jthe earth kills fleas and eggs that fall on floor. then i vacuum daily where they walk and usually within 14 days the fleas are dead. it usually is late aug/sept/oct i get them here in canada and i also find i have wood heat so if i still have a few when oct comes and its time for heat i run the wood furnace good and hot for several days making the humidity very low and it kills them off. they can't live at less than 50 % humidity if u can keep it down for 48 hrs. this can be challenging if u have an HVAC system as all newer houses do by law here because the system keeps bringing in fresh air which has moisture in it. that happens in my house so if needed i run my dehumidifier in the basement to keep the humidity really low. i've only had them once in the last 5 yrs and that was because a relative brought dogs over with fleas after telling me they didn't have any. i live in the country in sand so i have to really watch out for them.
Tea tree oil is suppose to be toxic to dogs
I read that peppermint & tea tree oils are toxic to dogs.

Essential oils are detrimental to pets, it also affects their taste buds.

Every morning in the summer I rub a few drops of Austraian tea tree oil on my exposed body parts and over my sox. Musquitos come by but leave me alone. It works for me!
roger Bouthillier .... Please be careful. Tea tree oil can be toxic for dogs if not properly diluted.
roger Bouthillier please watch videos of Jim Nduruchi
This is great… My Yorky Pooh has had seizures within a half an hour or so after any time I’ve applied a traditional flea and tick medication. At first I thought it was a weird coincidence then I put it all together.
Never ever put that on your dog again please. It can kill them . Seizures are serious
Never give your Yorkies vaccines. Or any Rx meds from a Vet of any type! Mine ALMOST DIED!!!
@@suestone6156 vet murdered my dog, Maltese, with fing meds....I must have spent $60,000 on her...during her lifetime just to have her murdered by a veterinarian.
@@beastsaver6514 I'd shot or sued him!!! Not too late....
@@suestone6156 my dog got vaccinated for rabies and he was so sick after and he had a parvo pill and it turned his butthole black for months. I found a natural dewormer herbs and husk killed hook worms in 2 weeks! Not worth the concoctions the government puts together testing on our pets.
An authentic healer! Brilliant and heartfelt. Thank you
Best remedy is to rid the ticks and fleas by spraying beneficial nematodes in the Spring during the early rains. Problem solved. I have been using them for years. Some years I don’t have to as the carry over. They also take care of other yard pests like grubs, ants, termites, grasshoppers & the list goes on and on. Research it. Thanks for the videos and your wonderful information. Just found you and subscribed. Once again many thanks.
Great recipe! Maybe add a 1tsp to 1Tbsp of Fractionated Coconut oil (or whatever the doc recommends) to keep the EO's from evaporating. Just an idea but I would definitely put a towel down before spraying if you put any oil in there=)
I just love this. Thanks.
Also love how doggy watches him attentively. Probably counting the number of drops for each ingredient. Hehe
Really enjoy the videos. I just made this up, smells pleasant but I can see how bugs wouldn't like it. Hoping it's effective on my dog and me!
Thanks for watching!

Dr. Jones! Excellent videos with easy to understand instructions. I have one question: How long will it work on my dogs? Thank you!
I found that cedarwood does work well at detouring fleas.. I used olive oil and cedarwood oil before on dogs and cats (3 drops to one tablespoon olive oil).. I was wondering if the mix you used would be good/safe for 2 week old kittens or does it need less essential oil?
Thank you Dr.!!! So appreciate you sharing your knowledge!! Loving and caring for animals is so rewarding!!
Thank❤ You Dr. Jones! I’m very grateful for the natural remedies you share. I feel uncomfortable and guilty, to be honest when I apply prescription flea and tick preventative. I’m going to check your other vids for an alternative heartworm preventative. But, I’ll try the natural flea and tick spray first. What percent of efficacy would you say this spray has, Dr. Jones? Our Ruby is nothing like Tula! She’s such a calm, sweet baby! The minute I begin spraying I may have to have Hubby run interference for me 😂😅 Much love to you, your family and fur babies!❤️🐾🐾❤️
I guess I'll have to try this recipe, nothing seems to work on Texas fleas. I tried using apple cider, and the fleas just seem to laugh at us, does anyone know if you can you use this on kittens. I pray this works. 🙏🕊💜
Love the pup! I think she was getting bored! I just received my essential oils online so I will be making this... thank you
Welcome
Thank you doctor for a natural yet scientifically sound remedy.
Thank you
8 year old Newfoundland girl riddled in arthritis. All down to food, flea drops and worm tablets. I’m done with anything from a factory for my dog, food or medicine. I’m cooking for them and never giving them another tablet or drop in their lives 🥳 thanks to these types of videos, I won’t have to 🙏❤️
