    To me, part of mental health is practicing not being pushed around and controlled by negativity (fear, anxiety, anger, envy, guilt....etc), but realizing one can have those feelings and choose to do something good instead of what the negativity wants.... easier said than done hehe
    I indulged in negativity a lot and saw it just creates chaos and suffering, so now I try to do opposite

      In every situation you have the positive and the negative size, you can program your brain over time to start seeing more and more of the positive part. Life will become easier and more enjoyable, that is for sure one BIG step
