1 HOUR Study with me / Pomodoro lofi chill vibes
For me it was quite simple, work over there for a month and think things over and even if a single person was toxic and unjust just leave the damn job and move on to another company and continue the cycle.
I love the point that we shouldn't be too attached to a job, especially one that could easily replace you with some machine/tech. But the majority of people that would come across this may not be in the position to quit their jobs. Skill stacking, rediscovering your value, keeping options somewhat open, and almost always putting yourself out there in the job market are some tips that may be helpful to general public, build a savings for hard times/emergencies, and start looking into investing in assests/stocks (or just start small and invest in yourself, professional development, courses, certifications, etc). From there, quitting a job won't be as daunting, but its always advised to have something lined up and 'waiting' for you, especially if you have a family or similar responsibilities that don't give you too much financial leeway to quit without another job to fallback on. Love your shorts Ms Kobayashi, ai know you have better advise than anything I've stated above, if you could have a longer form videos and share them in conjunction with your shorts to give a little more detail im sure your viewers would appreciate it. Also allows for more content for viewers to engage with, allowing you to see how your advice is helping change people's lives as it has changed yours...there's also gonna be rude comments too but that a given 😅 💯
Sometimes us new to the job market kind of know what we ought to do but don't have the confidence or self-assueance that we can pull it off and then many panic and it definitely shows. Thank you for this!!
what an amazing singer :P
Wow you learned German better in a week than I had in two years. Ich liebe dich
How does this not have a million views?
It's best to jump from one job to another rather than doing hard labour for one organisation who doesn't even care if you even exist.
Most of the so called "companies" only care about the money in their pockets not in their employees hence the rich get richer and poor get poorer.
Love this! ❤
But what if you don't have a referral?
I don't. I don't need any. I'm the owner of the company.
So go eat, go to sleep, and have a shower. Got it 👍
😊😊😊
Could you please do a video short on how frequently to message or reach out to recruiters if your job application(s) are mired in some 'recruiter review' status or 'under review' status? That's what happened to me, I don't want to be annoying but man now I'm annoyed that it's stuck there.
You are the best. Thanks and keep up the good work
That is impressive - well done!
I have one question you don't have place for any boy?????

Thans you so much for you honesty and information. It is really helpful! I hope you are doing very well❤
I had this theory…thanks for confirming!
Cool , felicidades

Thanks 😊
Ala, a seguir aprendiendo.

Not apropiated for THE job, and just speaking in a bad English, portugesse around the world...omg...terrible new

Just free propaganda for Google 😂😂
You all losers know she already got the job right? She is gonna be making like 200k a year while you eat someone's ass for 50k
@@herrrevelion2707 you know that's "the women power" to find a job just with *Vanity* while men has to develope real talent through *Virtue*
So relatable
Only ai reads it 😂
Always have resume flattering for the position you want. A company would care more about your summer internship than you starting a club at your school (when you have limited space for things)
The ‘too personal’ has: ‘2007: lost virginity’ on his resume. That is too personal yes😂
Pronouns
My dad once interviewed someone who said that after working for five years at Alcoa, he knew the ins and outs of the steel industry. But my dad wasn't sure how he could work at Alcoa for five years without figuring out that it's an aluminum factory, not a steel factory.
Pictures. Dont put those on a resume. Ever.
It's a resume not a cv. Pictures don't belong.
Not in North America but some countries is standard/required.
What if you have an extensive career with awards and such. I mean one person says that you should explain all the things you did in each job other people say just job title. Who makes these rules ?
I mean, realistically people going through the resumes (that are already too many for them to actually go through all of them) will not be inclined to read every single word, specially if you write too many details. They will, most likely, just read titles and subtitles.
Focus on the jobs that are most relevant. You want to choose the jobs that are most similar duties, titles, etc. Or the most recent ones.
She can confidently make this video because she did so much already. I hope I can confidently make a video too
Last resume pic should not be there (that is what can be assessed in a flash) 😅
heeeeyyy 1st coment is mine 😍
