THAT was now 30 years ago, and I spent hours standing by a xerox machine to share it with friends. It’s been on Kindle for $.99 since early kindle days! It is called “Know Your Magnetic Field.” There is a section which describes the causes of calcium build up in joints, etc… every doctor should know this book.
I don't know... they say MK4 stops and reverse bone loss, grows stronger bones and reduces fractures more than 80%. MK7 has never been shown to reduce fractures. The use of MK4 is supported by more than 25 clinical trials with over 7000 volunteers.

I really wanted to continue taking k2 as I think it was great for my teeth, however it was giving me mild chest pain particularly in the evening. As soon as I stopped taking it, the discomfort stopped.
Try taking a good electrolyte, like the one from Dr. Eric Berg, you may be deficient and your K2 MK-7 is exacerbating the issue, I have read about this problem a few times. "I am not a Dr.". 👍

It is wise to take your vitamin K2 supplement with your vitamin D3.
I do take Vit D 3 with Vit. K2 MK7 I have been on this for several years now. I use Andrew Lessman's Vitamins only.
