Ingredients listed below:
2 cans cream style corn
1 can sweet corn (drained)
4 eggs
1 stick butter (melted)
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 pack jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Splash of nutmeg
Serve with any of your favorite dishes for Thanksgiving!!!💋

I make mine a little different. I use my Grandmother's recipe. But yours looks good too. I may have to try it out! You know for us Marylanders corn pudding is a must on Thanksgiving! Enjoy your holiday 🙂

I have not eaten this since l was about in my early twenties my grandmother used to make this for Sunday dinner and on Thanksgiving she didn't used cornbread mix she used a little bit of flour in her but it do taste good

Here at my home in Nashville, Tn corn "puduhn" is a staple for Sunday dinner and Thanksgiving. There's a famous restaurant here called Monell's and that turned me on to this recipe and ever since I've had it, I've had to have it lol. Thanks for sharing😉

Yes you can definitely put sour cream in it (my sister adds it in hers)

I know you stress the pudding part of this dish haha. I made this recipe and the flavor was absolutely amazing. I would prefer it be just a little more dry, would I just reduce the amount of milk a little?

Hi Moni! I’m making this for Christmas so I hope you see this question in time. I’m cutting your recipe in half, so will be making a small casserole dish. It appears in the video that you had extra corn left over, so also made a smaller dish. Are you saying that a smaller dish (half recipe) will take 1.5-2 hours to bake at 350 degrees or is that the amount of time it would take the full recipe?

What kind of syrup in the "1/2 cup of syrup"?
I used Aunt Jemima syrup but you can use whatever type of syrup you prefer.
