I love Jiffy Corn Bread mix; very convenient to mix up and bake in the oven or air fryer. Sometimes I mix in some chopped Jalapenos and cheese.

Jiffy cornbread mix is most people use, but to me way too sweet , harsh chemical used and after cook taste like a burnt paper. I like a cornbread but hard to find good one, the one not used jiffy mix.
