When I started even these pauses were too short for me, I needed longer breaks. Now I skip some of the breaks and continue with exercise, and it is only a month in. If you are doubting or can't do the whole video -- don't give up, you'll get there.
I did this 10 min sixpack workout beginner to medium level at 12:00 in the morning and I fell so good. 🏋️♀️💪This workout was what I needed. I loved it. I didn't need to take 10 sec breaks, so I was doing the next exercise waiting Pam to start. I did this workout 2 times, because it was very short and I wanted more, I am so happy and proud for myself!!! I love you sooooooo much Pamela you made my day x10000000000000 better. You are so beautiful, inspiring, helpful, kind, kindhearted and your outfits are awesome every time. Also I loved the music in the video, I was wearing headphones and I couldn't see you, so I could listen the amazing music you chose. You are the best!!! Xx 😍😘💕 ❤️
I absolutely love doing your 10 minute workouts in quarantine! It feels so doable to follow 10 min videos even on a hectic day. Can you do more workouts of this intensity for those of us who are just starting out on your channel?

I get what you were expecting when you commented this, but every body needs different things, and her nutrition isn't necessarily going to suit you and that's completely fine. Eat what makes your body feel good :)

I've been working out for a little while now and I generally feel pretty strong, but today I feel stiff, sore and lethargic. So this workout was PERFECT to meet my body where it's at today. I got a nice little burn, but it wasn't too strenuous, and honestly I think even people who are really strong or more advanced can benefit from "easy" workouts like this because it really allows you to focus on your form and mind-muscle connection. Those easy side planks on the knee allowed me to be super mindful about engaging my obliques and that felt really good:) Definitely coming back to this for my more lazy days.
