You are a great cook, love watching your show, tomorrow will be making potato balls, and need to look at the way you make .You put so much love in your cooking, just love ,clear ,simple and delicious, also will be making lamb curry and dall pouri, your recipe also.thanks a million.Having early Christmas dinner.
Guyanese Potato ball is actually a very plain simple thing. My grandmother who was Indian made it all the time. I dont even remember it having green onion. Also it doesn't need that batter coating and extra work. It's just a simple egg coating that was used for the batter to brown it. Well yours is the closest I've seen to the original. I see people adding a whole bunch of unneeded things
Matthew I think some of your dishes is really good. What gross me off a little bit is your hairy hands .There is a way you can eliminate that problem by wearing a glove on your hand to prepare your menu. As a form of Trinidadian
Thank you for the recipe. I do have a few questions. Is that culantro or cilantro (coriander leaves, Chinese parsley). When you soak the split peas, do you soak 1 cup of dahl or do you soak enough and use only the 1 cup after the fact. I am asking this because I am thinking that the 1 cup of soak split peas will not yield 1 cup of batter.
Hi there! Culantro is what I used (but you can use regular cilantro and it will be good too). Also I used split peas powder not the fresh soaked and ground peas. I would need to do some recipe testing to come up with measurements for that
Its such an amazing video i love eating anyting wit aloo so i will definitely b trying dis soon keep up d exceptional job of tempting our tastebuds lol god bless u and ur loved ones

What the hell is aloo ball . I know about aloo pie .
Do you need to give you the correct size off of your clothing too big for you. Just for my professional
