    Ingredients and Measurements:
    For the puri/suhari:
    2 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp. sugar (you can use more if you like them sweet)
    2 tbsp. ghee
    milk to mix the dough (about 1 and 1/4 cup)- add it gradually
    2-3 cups ghee to fry
    For the lapsi:
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 can evaporated milk
    1.5 cups whole milk
    3 tbsp. ghee
    1/2 cup sugar (use more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
    1/3 cup raisins (optional)
    1 cinnamon stick (optional)
