I made it looks just like this but for some reason I feel like we are all using the wrong cheese because back in Guyana the cheese inside is not hard it’s kinda like the same texture as when you full it which makes it so good I just can rap my head around it yet I sometimes wonder if the wether had anything to do with it lol

Yes. You can use any combo. Be careful sometimes when you use all Crisco it gets soft quickly

Very good recipe. Why you add salt to the sharp cheddar cheese. I make cheese rolls but never add salt to this recipe. They look delicious.
Sometimes the cheese doesn't have that much salt.

I find the difference in taste is the cheese. The cheese in guyana is richer and not densed as it is the States. However, grat job on your recipes.
