The only downsides is that the highest end model can get really really expensive and the battery life is nothing to brag about, also the 9w performance is not great. Other than these, there are not much room left to complain about So yeah, I'd say get the Ally Oh, and the curves of the device can also get annoying after a while, but that's a subjective preference
Most of those negative comments about Ally were the impact of premature drivers. Asus is releasing updates and these updates are fixing a lot of things. Asus also said that the button problem that Linus complained about are now fixed on the retail store units.
