Don't like to be that dude but it is FREDDIE! NOT FEADDY ☺...anyhow i did it since i ike Queen but hey i like Dio to...why FREDDIE WAS THAT GOOD IS HIS IMPRESSIVE RANGE AND POWER in voice, he could sing anything from lady like soprano up to baritone and bass even covering amazing range + he had super clear voice. Simpy God was in great mood when FM was born so he sliced huge peace of talent and range for him ☺. When FM sings with full power dam it was impossible clear and pls don't forget he was and will be probably the only one who had guts to sing beside best opera singer of that time! Dio is great no doubt but you hear him only in that ''power ''mode baritone more toward bass mix. each is legend by his own right,.

A young Doug met Randy Rhoads back in 1981. He was blown away with how cool and friendly Randy was. A week later Doug has the chance to see Randy again (he was doing gigs with Dubrow while on a short break from Ozzy). Doug walks in and sees Randy. Randy says, "Hey Doug, what's up man?". I think Doug took that lesson from Randy. Humble, gracious and appreciative of what he has. Randy to a tee.

    - Being in rock ‘n’ roll for so long, how did you escape the rock lifestyle and never got into any scandal?
I was raised by great parents whose respect I never wanted to lose, and abusing myself was certainly not the way to keep their respect.
    - You never dabbled with drugs either. Was it due to you having a pharmacology degree?
No. It was because I saw how destructive it was, and how it dulled your sensibilities and ate up your talent and your life.

It's interesting reading those facts about guys we look up to, like Dio. Imperfections are part of what make us human, so knowing about those things help us connect better. The false image of perfection only creates a gap between us as humans and artists as idols. Dio was one of the most human guys outside of the stage from all I read about him.
