I bought one of these a few years back. I have only used my regular oven twice since then. Fantastic appliance!
Is it Made in china?
I bought this oven since right before Thanksgiving last year. I had purchased one for my daughter and her husband the year before (they were remodelling and had no oven) and absolutely loved it when I visited, so bought one for myself. All I can say is that I don't know what I'd do without it now. I also have a Wolf range/oven that I rarely use since I got it. (especially in summer)
We use this oven several times a day. Sometimes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but most always for dinner every night.
Just got done roast/convecting a Spatchcock chicken. (using the probe) You need to pump up the temperature to 450/convect if you want it to get brown and crispy! :) (just use salt for seasoning or it can burn...) If you get one, get yourself some 1/4 sheet pans and a couple racks to fit in them. Sam's carries the pans and you can find the racks on Amazon.
I love this oven too! I wore out the previous toaster oven we had since we never used the oven. After that started to fall apart my husband agreed to purchase this wolf convection oven. Best thing we ever purchased for the kitchen. I use a glass pie dish for all my meals that I make in the wolf oven, and it works out great. Glad that you are loving the oven as much as I am!

Good luck! I have about 6 of them and they are good for many uses besides using in the oven :) PS if you get aluminum don't put it in the dishwasher or they will dull and feel chalky.

Hello! Thank you for watching, you're right - I should do a review on it "now" how i like it or dislike etc. Since when I was researching about this product before I purchased there was little info on youtube. I will post something soon.

I love it, I literally use it everyday. It replaced my large oven. When I had an issue with one of the burners, called Wolf and they sent me a brand new one to replace the other one. Highly recommend. It toasts, broil, bakes...
