I saw this video 3 weeks ago and at that time my average readings were 140-160/98-110. I got alarmed and fortuitously saw this video. I started intermittent fasting. Took out carbs completely from my diet. Ate a lot of fruit, bananas pears etc. and walked for not less than an hour a day. Today my average reading is 112-120/70-80. Thanks, Dr Pal. It worked like magic!

I saw this video 10 days ago. I am thin, exercise, don't smoke. But the last few times I went to my doctor my BP was about 140-150/80. I did not want to go on meds. So after watching this video, I began eating just 3 meals a day between the hours of 9AM and 7PM. I just returned from my doctor's office and my BP was 124/60. I can't believe it. Thank you Dr. Pal.

Wat he said s 100% true, my bp level chances from 138/98 to 110/75 and my heart rate chances from 124 to 89 within 10days due to rawvegan and intermittent fasting. Before I dont knw abt this I just started these diets to lose few pounds but these gives better result on healthwise too. This s really double happy moment.

I got amazing result after following this teaching.
Honestly i have never seen my BP down to 120/80 ever since i was diagnosed of BP since 2014. I'm currently on four medications since July this year. I'm talking Anlodipine, Lisinopril, Bisoprolol, and clopidogrel.
My next appointment with my doctor is 6th December.
After listening to this lecture,i started 12hrs for 1wk,then 16hrs for the second wk, and 18hrs for the 3rd wk.
After checking my BP, it was 119/74. Very amazing to me for the first time. In the following week,no more fasting, but my BP was 116/74.
I'm feeling very relieved from all the stress and anxiety. But my purse is still between 85,90,80.
    Despite the bisoprolol 1.5 mg.
So i hope the doctor can reduce my medication in our next meeting.
Presently, I'm still doing another 16/8 hrs fasting bcos i feel it's good for my health and I'm enjoying it coupled with workout.
But i change my drug time to noon, that's after breaking my fast.
    Very amazing experience

Dr.Pal , thank you very much for the improvement that i have now. i have already posted two times in your channel. i had four problems and now i have come out of the two problems which are( 1)high cholesterol and (2)prediabetic .i have started my intermittent fasting (14 hours ) on march 15th , that is almost 2 months. yesterday i took the tests of lipid profile and HbA1c. in January my total cholesterol was 220, triglyceride 102, LDL157 , HDL 43. now it is total cholesterol 150.6, triglyceride 65.7, LDL 87.6, HDL 49.9. HbA1c 5.5. only from your ezhundiru Anjali ezhundhiru dialogue, i understood about the work of the insulin and followed strict fasting. 10 years back my BP problem started and it was 150/90 and took medicine then two years back i stopped medicine thinking it won,t be a problem without checking my BP but when i went to the doctor for cosultation on 2021 it was 150/90, and some times 166/94. then started medication but till now it,s increasing only, 170/100. then only i started my fasting and 15 days back i checked my BP and it was 150/100. as i have all the results for the past ten years i could see my cholesterol was gradually increasing. and another problem is not having good sleep. now i could see little improvement in it also. now the good things that i feel are 1) food cravings gone, 2)feel very light and brisk. though i make murukku, sweets in the house i don,t feel eating eat it. now i am 75 , i thought my improvement will help others also.Once again thank you very much.

Sharing my experience. I’ve been on keto + one meal a day (OMAD) for 7 months. I take only dinner (keto). I don’t feel any hunger at all. It’s really fascinating to see how the body adapts. (Of course, I have some cheat days. But I get back on track quickly). I feel more healthier than ever! From my experience, I can say the popular 3 meal a day concept is a myth! The food industry wants more profits.

Not even healthy snacks other times of the day?

    • @Lonelywarrior77
      @Lonelywarrior77 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@muthiurrahman3207 Honestly, our body does not need snacks. We usually mis-read food cravings as hunger. I’m no doctor but craving is psychological, whereas hunger is biological. Eating snacks is the main reason the body constantly produces insulin. And the extra Insulin triggers hunger and we eat food, which in turn triggers more insulin. This sets in a vicious cycle, leading to insulin resistance.

Finally I got know the root cause of my high BP. I’ve seen many doctors to find the root cause, but it was not found. I’m a big fan of night eating😂, now understood the pressure the body went through so far. Started the intermittent fasting, in last 40 days lost 15 lbs.

    Dear Dr Pal,
As you’re an expert gastroenterologist, I am a big fan of yours.
Not only that, I sincerely follow all your advice, tips and keep watching your videos and study them deeply.
They’re extremely informative, useful and inspiring.
I am following the circadian rhythm, 12 & 12 hours window & sometimes 14& 10 hours is also possible.
Please guide me about flatulence and gases .
Right since I was an adolescent, child I have weak digestive system.
I tend to get gases and that creates stiffness in my back, so much so that I can’t wear my show laces…. But sometimes it’s ( my back) so soft that I wear them easily .
I do exercises ( strength training, core & swim 🏊‍♀️ for a cardio,5-6 days a week in total)
Eat like very limited amounts and times also.
I am a non diabetic and have no comorbidities of any kind.
Pl make a video on how to eliminate gases, rigidity , inflammation caused due to gases .
I shall be very grateful and soon I will be giving for the noble purpose of Aishwarya Trust.
    Be assured please.
Lots of respect for your hard work, knowledge, your great work for the trust and your dedication towards the poorer and common people .

I’m so happy more and more doctors are waking up to refined carbs as the problem, insulin levels and fasting benefits. For too long doctors and sadly many still do follow the flawed pyramid from 50 years ago and still advise pasta, breads, cereals as the foods to eat.

Thank you very much Doctor very well explained in simple language. I checked my BP it was once or twice 150 n 152 but when I check again it will come down to 130 or 120s, I will check immediately after few minutes or sometime after 1 hour. How often should we check BP for people who have BP. I am also diabetic. My doctor suggested more than 150/100 for 2 or 3 consecutive readings come immediately for checkup. I am having BP tablets only when I see more readings in high range. Does BP is linked to Covid vaccination, as much I remember I got BP only after Covid vaccination since I don't have previously BP.
