if you want to be good in hands skill, try to do heaven six in a lightning speed! with training partner in that case you also do silat which is Indonesian Kali they only speed up the Kali martial arts in a lightning speed!!
I only watched the first two techniques. They look cool but I wonder if anybody has ever pulled any of those moves off in sparring, much less in a real fight.
The third hammer and anvil, especially doesn't look very effective. When he supposedly locks his first arm while he's on his butt, all the guy has to do is hammer fist his face while he's down trying to pound on him. Just my opinion
