Hello Enchanted ones and Happy Samhain/ Halloween! I am so excited to share this video with you all today as it has been a LONG time in the editing process since being ill!
In this video I wanted to incorporate cosy little moments that just feel like home. But really, the most mundane moments to me, are the most magical, as I feel so grateful for each and every one. So, this Samhain I am practicing gratefulness. I hope you have a blessed Sabbath.

Pumpkin Pie Ingredients:
Pumpkin (Medium)
Feta cheese clock
1tsp Dried Thyme
1 Red Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
Recipe:
Place a medium pumpkin in a 200 Degree Oven (Halved and de seeded) for 1 hour
Remove the pumpkin from it's skin and fry in a frying pan for a minute
Add 1 chopped red onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp thyme and fry for 3-4 minutes
Line a pie tin with shortcrust pastry
Place filling inside and smooth with back of spoon
Sprinkle over Feta cheese and a ground of pepper
Cook in 180 degree oven for half an hour
Best served Hot
Colours that represent letting go:
Red, Orange, Brown, Yellow, Black

This was the happiness I needed to start my day off today! It's always like stepping into a little magickal bubble for a few minutes every time I watch your videos. I'm trying to get a night and self care routine going myself. I'm 43, and just learning so late in life that not only is it okay, but it is absolutely essential to love and take the time to care for yourself!

Oh! So many fly agarics! Thank you for taking us with you again. Your forest is so magical! I took a photo walk for mushroom photos in the forest near me on monday. There was only one fly agaric and it was big, but battered and faded into orange. But I was so happy that I found one. I also adored the little bright mushrooms that grew up on the trees there. Everything felt so alive and it got me inspired!

What an absolutely enchanted time dear Sweet Alwyn. This was the perfect night to watch this. We all curled up on our new giant couch, with cider and donuts, while we enjoyed the perfectly autumnal video. We decorated for the season, after a beautiful drive through the country to see the amazing colors of the trees. This was the perfect way to end the day. 'Round these parts, you say "pumpkin pie" and you're immediately understood to be talking about a sweet dessert pie... so when you first took out the red onion I was surprised. Now I'm thinking that if I ever manage to get the time, I'm going to try making one like yours! Also, my niece began to play the flute in school about 3 years ago. We started her out with a nice but definitely inexpensive instrument from Amazon, but late last year it began to just not work right. Since she wants to continue with the flute at least through high school (another 4+ years at this point), my sister bought her a much more expensive instrument based on the recommendation of a friend who's also a music teacher. The difference in the tone & clarity of the sound is astonishing -- and my niece has commented that it's actually easier to learn & play more complex music on the more expensive instrument. Something to keep in mind... :-)
That's really interesting, this flute was not cheap so that's why I always felt guilty about not playing it hehe! Now it is well loved
This is hilarious. Earlier, I brought in a little wooden mushroom ornament to decorate my tree with. I went to put it up, but it felt as if it wanted to be right in the center in front of my tv.
I grabbed my phone later & felt drawn to click on this video, not even reading the name or description. I think my little wooden mushroom really wanted to watch the amanita muscaria hunt. 😆
I so love visiting your world. You are creating a new and special place through your art. It’s like being there while a famous author writes a book. A book that is becoming familiar as the wheel turns again. I made that mulled red grape juice last year. I have fairies and other crafts we all made together to put out again. I hope you know how loved you are.
I've never imagined putting these ingredients in a pumpkin pie but I'm excited to give it a try! And the grape juice with cinnamon sounds delicious!! Can't wait for my me time next weekend! 🍂🍄🎃

Rewatching your October videos, Im a mushroom 🍄 girl too. Its been so dry here in Tennessee….very little rain for 2 months…watering my backyard for the lil shrooms to grow. This week its warming up again to the high 70’s (F) 😢You have inspired me to paint lil mushrooms. 😃

So Cosy and a perfect October scene. My husband has a leaf blower now as in the village where we are ,we must keep them cleaned up, But it is a job and a half. We have several trees as do our neighbors. Lovely though to see all the colorful leaves. You have beautiful flowers yet out! My Roses were still trying to bloom this year and it is so unusual in October. I never cut flowers much , as feel I am killing them too early, but decided I should at this time, as think it may have a freeze soon * (Even though it has been just so perfect outside) but do not not want to loose them. Can save them, I think?. They bloomed more when brough inside and placed overnight in water, and now will need to spray them and keep them with the rose buds in a dish i have on the smaller table in dining room.
Your Chipmunk is the cutest. The decorating inside and out is absolutely so perfect! Love the sound of the birds. Baked goods and aroma this time of year and the memory of pickling , stays in my mind. I used to Can pickles myself.*Do them in smaller amounts as it is just the two of us now, and this year just had hip surgery and it wil take time to heal, so not getting much done right now) Zuchinni Squash Pickles as well as Bread and Butte and Dill. are mostly waht I make. Did not do Kosher, but do love them! The aroma is unbeleivable. Vinager is good for us as well. Have wanted to make 'Water Melon Rind Pickles' and they are very hard to find, but they are so fantastic. Now they are very sweet too, so if you do not like sticky and sweet anything with sices in it, then it would not be for you. Grandma made these as well. * Your cottage I think has Cedar Shakes on it , and we absolutely love that look! You have done so much with your little cottage and so much love has gone into it and I really think that your home and the whole area is very happy to have you living there! We all love you being on You Tube as well! Thank you! You put so much into making your vlogs!

I'm usually not that much of a grape juice person. But having it warmed up with spices sounds pretty nice and calming. And I definitely need that right now, cause there's only so many warm drinks I can have before bed (and I can only do camomile tea, lavender tea with cinnamon, and warm milk and honey so many times).

My aunt was an excellent flutiest. She got into collage on a flute scholarship. It's a shame she didn't persue that further. She eventually got a job in Houston Texas with Aramco as an oil analyst and did that for years. I don't know if she ever picked up the flute again. Sadly she died ten years ago but I remembered she played the flute

It’s so nice of you to share some of your personal life with us, especially the bedtime. I’ve been trying to cut back on tech time, and now I feel more encouraged. I love journaling. I haven’t done it in so long; perhaps cutting tech and taking up pen and a new journal will help. I noticed how at the end, when you “reviewed” activities, such as the pie & such, it was like journaling, going over the events of the day. I find that so calming. And I loved the ending w/Charlie going to sleep, too. And the calming darkness before the bloopers, especially because it gave time before TH-cam jumps in with those annoying thumbnails of what’s next.

How I enjoyed this video! There are sooo many elements that moved me in a positive way. It helped me relax and I felt like I was discovering all the lovelies in the forest with you lol. Those little fly agarics were a big thing in the 70's, with a toadstool patch on every bum! My daughter says that popularity cycles in 50 year increments, so I'm guessing that's why they're on everything again. People like you and I love them regardless of their popularity, because they are Nature's astonishing little faery havens!!
