In this video I'll take you through the forest, share a cuppa tea, a lil artwork and some thoughts on how nature can play a vital role to enhance our mental well being. I'll also share snippets of my lil friends who come visit me everyday and towards the end of the vlog, you'll be able to have a quick mini tour of a tea fest we visited recently.

Jasmine pearls from Hunnan in southern china. Brand - The Tao of tea. (not a sponsored post)
Jasmine pearl is a green tea made out of fine buds and leaves which are carefully rolled into small pearl like pellets. A rather meticulous harvesting and processing technique.
And as the name suggests, these tea pearls are then scented using freshly plucked jasmine flowers. The tea pearls and flowers are blended gently and left overnight to let the fragrance blend organically. High grade jasmine pearls are said to undergo at least 5 times of this processing method. Worth trying out if you're a tea enthusiast and looking for something worth trying.

This water colour brush is also called aquash or aqua brush, I got mine from Japan but you can easily find these brushes in the art stores in the watercolor section or online too.
Brands like pentel, staedler, etc makes pretty decent ones and it’s very handy if you’re painting outdoors. 👩🎨 ( very inexpensive )
