    Thanks to Daniel and Alex! about a year and a half ago I started my weight loss journey feeling very lost and wasn't sure what workouts to do until i found this channel. I remember trying to go for runs and seeing myself bored just not fulfilled. But upon doing these workouts and getting better as I found myself now more than ever in better shape than I've been my whole life and I really enjoy these workouts having Daniel and Alex push you and encourage you while doing the workout is fantastic! I hope to stay with these guys for a lifetime like daniel said when your 90.

    I gotta be honest, I've just begun my workout journey about a week ago. Your channel has been motivating me every day to workout. Today was the first time I almost quit half way through the workout. But I finished strong and it's all thanks to you guys!

      Katie thanks to you I finished it as well. I almost quit half way trough the workout but then read this comment and I came back to it. Just few days without exercising and long hours at the desk can decrease my energy levels so much. Now time for short yoga session.

    I just started cardio workout today. I usually just do low impact HIIT. Almost gave up in the middle. I rested for a solid 5 minutes but I pushed through and made it. Thanks guys as usual.

    I like this style of workout because it is in sets and then they repeat the set 3 times. That means you can smoothly complete the sets without having to stare at the screen to learn the next set. Also, it gets your heart rate up...in short, it works! I am moderately fit and this workout got my heart pumping. Considering a subscription.

    Before I was unable to walk five minutes continuously. but now after doing workouts with the #bodyproject team, I completed this hard workout without even clicking on the pause💪🏻😌. So proud of myself ☺️☺️

    Hey Daniel & Alex,
    I live around half way across the world(India) from you guys & I am confessing here which i don't like to do publicly but *i was Obese* for most of my life except of childhood & last year i decided that i can't live like this anymore & this has to go after grown frustrated from it.
    Then while starting working myself out & trying searching over internet for help/motivation, i found you guys & saw how much fun you are having at it while being consistently solid.So from there onwards now i put my WO music on & i started doing various types of cardio shown in your videos since July of last year be it whether Beginners Cardio, HIIT Advanced, Tabata , Sawdust etc i try to mix & do all of them mostly on daily basis with some unwanted breaks & hiccups here n there in that time period.
    But here i am today, proud to tell you that i have *lost about 30 Kilos* now & i am about 80 % done to my goal & no joke that i am actually *going stronger* than ever.
    *Yes Beginning is really difficult in fact its the toughest* (at least in my case) because to break those old bad habits/lifestyle & not being use to fatigue & sweat it takes its course but once you're through that it's game on.
    And YES it takes changing your dieting habits too for eg. after eating heavy all my life now i try to minimize Carbs as much as possible now & go for Proteins, Fibers , Fruits & Veggies & Low Fat milk products(while keep on check of what i eat everyday using App. & personal Notebook) but *even the transformation of food habits was possible due to Working out regularly* because if i sweat regularly, it drains my system so good that then my body only craves for lots of water & light juicy contents(surprisingly Protein goes well too with that) instead of heavy junky food types.
    But what an amazing year this has been for me personally cause now in fact people give me great praises & example about my transformation & words can't describe how thankful i am to you for that.
    So *Thank You very much BODY PROJECT TEAM for being here on YT & helping me change my life around*, And while saying so this isn't done by any stretch so keep on bringing the new stuff to keep it refreshing cause the Journey goes on :)

    Thank you so much for these workouts Daniel and Alex! I started about 3 weeks ago and have lost 10 lbs already. I wasn't sure how to go about exercising and dieting because I've been overweight my entire life. I started with the Jillion Michaels app and although I think the workouts were great, they just weren't for me. I love your high intensity low impact workouts so much and I love that you are so encouraging through them all! thank you so much for being a part of my journey and you have made this major lifestyle change so much better!

    I'm not 90 but am 70 and was able to follow and complete this workout though at a much much slower pace and modified also to suit a senior. Loved the workout and love you guys too!

    I made it through the whole workout with some modifications for the burpees. Did spot-walking for those.Did not want to quit halfway so continued with all my might. My knees hurt so modified the jumping jacks too. Thanks to Daniel and Alex for the motivation. You guys are the best. I love your High-intensity low impact workouts. They are so apt for me.

    Hi, from Tokyo. I have avoided going to the gym since early March and take a long walk every day and do biking at home, which I bought anticipating this. But now, I can do aerobics which is great! I love Daniel so I stick to his programs.
    The other day was my birthday and as I looked up from the picnic table at the park where I spend couple hours each day, four friends from my gym were there singing Happy Birthday for me. How moving it was. After cheers with cold tea with milk and some sandwiches and fruits, I suggested we do the workout so the five of us did it in the park. It was a great experience. Thank you Daniel and your team. Incidentally where are you from, Daniel? I’m very comfortable with your accent. I lived in NZ and UK as well as other American English countries....

    I didn't exercise for few days and today after 2 rounds I told myself this is good enough to stop. But couldn't resist to see what's in the 3rd round. I found signature punches and I did the 3rd round as well. That was the best part. So good to found you guys and so proud of myself for doing this. Happy Tuesday. :)

    I 💜 this work out. I'd done it in the past and it wasn't a favorite bc it was so hard, lol. But I had my first ski day of the season and thought I was pretty fit...wasn't happy with my cardio capacity, so I decided I'm going to do this workout 3 days a week along with strength training. It's that good! Thanks guys!! I actually love all of your videos.

    Loved it - I’ve made great improvement with body project over the last few years but have always been doing the same workouts (because I love them) but thought I’d brave it & try a different one, the time just flew - I’ll certainly be doing it again! 😀

    I had approximately 10% energy today. I decided to do this workout anyway, and I almost quit part way through. Then Daniel said, "Why did you push play today?" and that question pushed me to finish the rest of the workout 😊 Thanks for the videos and the motivation, Body Project! I still feel exhausted, but at least now I have a reason to 😉 I can't wait to feel that post-workout glow after I cool down 🥵

    love your workouts. they are fun and amazing. you guys make a beautiful couple. Daniel reminds me of my son, you too look alike and he also has a trainer and works out all the time. maybe i can share a picture of him so you can see you may have a brother. lol Thanks for all you do. I am not a spring chicken but try to stay in shape. I have been telling everyone about Team Body Project!

    such a good work out!!!! we've been doing the body project every two days religiously for about a month. we feel great!! hopefully we'll keep going!! I just don't like how hard it is on my knees but the football excersize I just do knee ups and were sound as a pound x

    To be honest I was a little mad when I heard you say that you had a surprise when I thought we were finished and it was cooling time😂😂😂 but I did the last 2minutes strong and finished the workout stronger thanks to you two be blessed!

    That was SO hard! I usually do all their videos completely, this is the first time I couldn't finish, only made it halfway. I'll do it completely next time though!

    This was big fun. I did low impact modifiers the whole time (hips and knees demand it) and I don't know that I'll ever do a real burpee (substituted with my verrrrrrrry sloooooow running starts...more like sloth starts....) but it was a great workout. I'm 64 years old and I've lost 60 lbs. (from 272 to 212). I've plateaued out for a month or six, but you guys are a big part of the reason I haven't gained it back, at least, plus I feel better and I don't hurt. You make it funny and fun. Thanks so much!
