"Complexity-overrated.Intensity,waay under-rated". This is the reason why I love this channel. They are body friendly and realize that most of the people doing these work outs probably have a body that's a bit out of shape, so adding complex moves is not gonna do any good.Keep it simple but intense.I love it.
@@pkrockin3923 if I'm fat you can expect me to do pushups or complex yoga moves...I'm just too fat to do it...but these workouts are standing cardio which can even be done by fat people with relative ease...so you compensate for the loss of complex moves in your programme with intensity...

It is a good exclusive product for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body minus the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.
I start to follow this channel in Jan 2020. Daniel And Alex are so kind with their word and the exercise are so easy to follow yet very fun and achievable. Starting my journey at 140kg until now 112 kg and still use the same old exercise here... thanks Body Project.
At almost 70 I just finished this workout. I've done your videos since march when the gyms closed and i was not in cardio shape at all. Love your videos and my progress!
I absolutely love how there is a low impact version on so many of your workout videos. I'm unable to keep up with the high intensity version so I always watch Daniel. I follow this video and 3 others of yours and have lost 14lbs in 1.5 months so far! Keep the videos coming!! Please make a low impact version with weights!
Ok I needed a 45 minute workout for this 57 year old. Alex is a machine. Not a hint of excursion in her face. 2 plus minutes of wall sits? Dang girl! And Daniel, your the man! Love your workouts.

I've been doing your workouts for 2 years and although I don't have my nutrition down so I don't lose a lot of weight, I am fit as can be. If you have a crazy sweet tooth yogurt could help! I started having light & fit greek and I don't wanna eat any other sweets. It's pretty great! Fresh and cooked fruits are yum too

This is the best video I’ve ever worked out since Jane Fonda 😂 Yes I’m probably your mum’s age - young 60 years old! Had been a marathon runner for more than 10 years until two years ago when I hurt my back and a knee. Tried various type of exercises but nothing was to my liking. Either too easy, boring, too macho, too showy, too Hollywood-ie. You two love birds are so cute and down to earth, lovely to work with. Of course enjoying the other project team members. Especially loved the woman boxing trainer! She’s so cool. Anyway looking very much forward to more wonderful workouts with you and the team! Thank you guys💗

I remember Daniel did this upper body resistance vid and he said he wasn't sure if he did 2 or 3 sets of something, but he said he's going to just continue because it's authentic, real workouts. Fun, authentic, and you both keep the motivation going. I know this is an older video you made, but to me it's new. Great video! I follow Daniel because I can't keep up with Alex---yet lol. This was a very good workout.. a little more than 400 caories burned. At times, I was very out of breath but Daniel and Alex really help to push you til the end. The intensity is real. I love it... why did you press play? Doing it again tomorrow!!
I know I'm, what, 4 years late, but this is a brilliant cardio workout. Simple, fun, great burn. I added 1kg hand weights to all but the last round with all the burpees for an extra challenge. Brilliant stuff.

Great video! I follow Daniel because I can't keep up with Alex---yet lol. This was a very good workout.. a little more than 400 caories burned. At times, I was very out of breath but Daniel and Alex really help to push you til the end. The intensity is real. I love it... why did you press play? Doing it again tomorrow!!
I know I'm, what, 4 years late, but this is a brilliant cardio workout. Simple, fun, great burn. I added 1kg hand weights to all but the last round with all the burpees for an extra challenge. Brilliant stuff.
