Sincerely the only workout videos I've seen out there that are made for EVERYONE. I was desperate to find a workout that I could finish, or at least do halfway. I finished all your workouts, no exception. Thanks to you, I've gained back some of my endurance and muscles and still working on it. :) I especially love how you encourage us through the screen, never judging, always thinking that it might be hard for some of us, always encouraging. That's what makes the difference for me between you and most of the fitness youtubers I tried to follow before. I lost 8 pounds in a month thanks to these videos (and managed to climb to my 3d floor appartment with groceries more easily lol).

Best 2020 discovery!! WHO AGREES?! TEAM BODY PROJECT QUARENTINE GLOW UP!✨✨✨ I’ve NEVER been able to get through a single home workout until I found this channel, and this has literally been a life changer for me! Especially because my knees can’t take high impact, which is pretty much 80% of what you see on TH-cam! But with these workouts I still finish DRIPPING sweat, my knees nice and safe and feeling AMAZING. I’ve been working out almost every single day and I actually look forward to it and ENJOY it! You guys have helped me in my recovery from 5 SCAD heart attacks in January last year. We're remote rural Australia so I can't get to exercise classes so I've gone from nearly dying to having the all clear from my cardiologist. It's been a slow but consistent journey. And yes I have fallen off the wagon and not exercised for weeks on end but I return and I choose any of your easier videos and start again. Cheers Kay

Started On April 14th 2023 Took It Day By Day & Still Going Now , Once I Felt More Energy In Me And Had More Endurance I Found This Video From Them & It Has Been A Game Changer For Me , This Video Will Make You Sweat Real Good & Been Doing This Workout Everyday Now With Some Weight Work Outs Aswell & Now Weighing 330 lbs With Just 2 Weeks In Its Hard Letting Go All The Good Snacks & Fast Foods But I Was Really Determined To Make A Change & Be More Healthy & It's Working Out Very Well I Will Continue My Journey & Still Being Consistent With My Diet , Watching My Calories Everyday & Working Out Everyday Let's See Where It Will Take Me If I Can Do It So Can Yall Lets Make This Change 💪💯
I’ll speak for myself when I say that starting to incorporate exercise in our everyday life can be tough. In the past I’ve tried to workout but always got discouraged and fell through within the first couple of days. I’m happy to report that I’ve been working out for the past two weeks following Team Body Project! Not only are the workout sessions easy to follow along, but Daniel and Alex continue to motivate us through the duration of the videos. When others tell you not to stop, Dan and Alex remind you that it’s okay to take a short break.. and that is what sets them apart from other fitness channels imo. THANKS A LOT GUYS!!! P.S. Quarantine has helped in giving me more than enough time to workout, but I start work tomorrow and I’ll still be coming back🔥🔥!
I am 63 year old woman, I have tried many workout, Jane Fonda n many more, have done high impact aerobics....but never been able to reduce my thighs. Yes I wasn't that regular when I had babies. I started these low impact workout when lockdown happened, n I am so very happy. The initial days I used to get very tired, but now my stamina is up and I am slimming down, my thighs too are taking shape .. thanks Daniel and his better half.
I've started my lifestyle journey about a month ago. I've used several different types of HIIT workouts, but when I came across The Body Project I was hooked! At 280 lbs I could only do 5-10 mins. Your encouragement has given me strength to not quit and keep coming back. Making it a realistic lifestyle change for me. May I just say from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU ! Thank you so much for this, I started out with your 15 minute work low impact for beginners, I was able to do that for the first 3 days every morning and this morning I wanted to push myself a bit more and I am on day 4 now and I was able to reach the 20 minute mark in this video without stopping broke a sweat and just celebrated myself. It feels so good to wake up in the morning and want to work out, I honestly have not worked out in over 3 years I am 38 turning 39 on the 22nd this month at 285 lbs 5ft. I would dread going to a gym and I would look for work out videos and they were so hard, but finding your low impact work outs, your motivation, your energy. You all are exactly what I needed, I wake up an hour early before my kids now excited to work out ! Excited !! You all are amazing, so thank you !
I've been doing a challenge for myself for a week and I've lost 4 inches on my hips and my waist line and I'm so proud, I've been working out for 2 months from not doing anything and i can confidently say i finish workouts with you guys now, no pause button needed!

I was diligently working out 30 minutes everyday. 5 days back my father passed away. We are in a different country and could not travel. I was devastated. Although my mother is doing ok with her siblings around her, it was painful to feel helpless. Today i decided to get back and selected this workout. Daniel, what you and Alex said last is the most inpsiring thing i have heard in a while. Things happen in life but our body and working on its health is forever and it is very personal Thank you guys! You are fantastic.

3 weeks ago, I would throw up while doing this workout vid because it's so intense for a sedentary person like me. Today, I managed to finish it not feeling exhausted, but a little lighter and stronger. Thank you for this short but high impact workouts! :)

Just found these videos did my first work out tonight. 30mins with Alex Wayne and Angie..In tears during the last 5minutes. For the first time ever I felt like someone had my back and kept pushing me through it. Safe to say I’m knackered but today is the first day to my new life. Watch this space

Thank you so much for these workouts, because I can’t go out as being shielded I’ve done one of your workouts nearly every day (low cardio). I had cancer few years ago & due to it I had to have a full chest reconstruction, it effected my movement/upper body/arms so my fitness suffered massively. 😞 (My chest was expanded & stretched to create boobs so it was 15months of pain & surgeries, sorry to get personal there) Now I’m ready to start getting back on it then I found your channel. The fact its manageable is fantastic as some workouts are too much for me. After the last few weeks of doing the same workout I completed the full routine without having to stop cos of arms/chest hurting! You have no idea how pleased I was! Gonna keep on working out with TBP & regain my original fitness/strength again! THANK YOU! I’ve got it, I can......I will 😝💪🏻 Stay safe, stay well & keep that positive energy coming! These Team Body Project workouts have been such a blessing during this pandemic! I came across these when I was laid off from my job and looking for a way to stay active. My first thought was, "Oh, there's no way I can make it through one of these workouts. I'm uncoordinated and easily frustrated." Guess what...I CAN do it! I've continued them even after returning to work. Thank you for sharing these and for being such great motivators. I've never felt better!
I've been doing body project videos for a few weeks now. Did this one yesterday for the first time. It's a good one, but Omg I am sore!! Yikes! Took today off and I'm resting. I enjoy the low impact ones.

To maintain weight a female is required to eat 2000 calories a day. For me I limit myself to 1000 calories a day. I do 1video a day along with 10,000 steps through walking. In the event of not being able to go walking I will do 2videos a day. I'm amazed at the results!

You don’t realise how time goes in this workout! First time I did it, I had a bit of problem with coordination, especially the side step hamstring but when I did it again, it became easier. Thanks Daniel and Alex! PS: Alex makes these exercises sound so simple but hers are the ones that drain you out :D
I love how effective these workouts are; they save my knees, but still work up a tremendous sweat. By the end I'm exhausted, but Daniel and Alex are so motivating and positive that it really helps me push myself to keep going. So happy to do those punches at the end. Thank you, Body Project team! Thanks Daniel and Team Body Project! I've been suffering from a knee injury for a year. I could not do the high intensity workouts I used to do in the past. Your workouts are the only cardio that I enjoy because I don't need to modify. You introduce the concept of "LOW IMPACT" to me. THANK YOU! As I travel through all the workouts I only love Team Body Project more. I cannot believe how much better my body works and feels. I Love a simple go hard/go easier workout. This is a tough one but totally at your own pace. The Wife (33), our boy (14) and myself (45) all at different weights and energy levels, got a huge kick out of this one. Really some simple patterns repeated, go hard or rest and go easier. GREAT STUFF, Wish you success in life.

I've always been so discouraged by exercise and cardio, but I am telling you all your videos are AMAZING! I used to hate working out. I loved playing team sports and games and such, but workouts alone were annoying for me. These videos have actually made me love working out. The exercises are fun and easy, and the music is pretty great. The workouts are also less awkward than others I have seen. I love how these videos don't focus on people's weight or anything; it doesn't prey on people's self-consciousness, but I just feel like Team Body Project focuses on progress. They say to go at your own pace and adjust it if you need to, and it feels like they genuinely believe in all of their watchers. Truly motivational.
I am a TBP member and, in the 3 weeks I have been a member, have shed 10 lbs!!!! I already feel my endurance up and my BP readings have been in the normal range! Its silly how long I waited to get started. I am going to make my 34th year (birthday in June) my best year!! Cheers Daniel and Alex!!!

I do this Body Project's cardio exercise every week day alternately with Low Impact 30 minute cardio workout- Beginner/intermediate. I started doing this exercises since Covid-19 pandemic last year April 2020 and it help me a lot to move and I feel great after doing this BP cardio exercises... Thank you so much Alex and Daniel. Instead of crying tears of frustration and defeat , I cry tears if happiness at the end of these workouts. They make me feel so good about myself. Tiff Under the video just click ‘Save’ - ‘New Playlist’ and name the playlist what you want e.g. ‘Body Project workouts’ and save it and then you can easily find the video again in your created playlist under ‘Library’. It’s just a way of storing all the videos in one place so you don’t have to search for them each time you want to play them. You can create lots of different playlists, so you can have a playlist for ‘Leg workouts’, ‘Ab workouts’ etc. and you can easily access and arrange them however you want. Hope that helps.

I’ll speak for myself when I say that starting to incorporate exercise in our everyday life can be tough. In the past I’ve tried to workout but always got discouraged and fell through within the first couple of days.
I’m happy to report that I’ve been working out for the past two weeks following Team Body Project! Not only are the workout sessions easy to follow along, but Daniel and Alex continue to motivate us through the duration of the videos. When others tell you not to stop, Dan and Alex remind you that it’s okay to take a short break.. and that is what sets them apart from other fitness channels imo. THANKS A LOT GUYS!!!
P.S. Quarantine has helped in giving me more than enough time to workout, but I start work tomorrow and I’ll still be coming back🔥🔥!

I am trying to workout five days a week but last week I had to stop at 4 because I was exhausted. Hopefully I can make it consistent soon.
I am 63 year old woman, I have tried many workout, Jane Fonda n many more, have done high impact aerobics....but never been able to reduce my thighs. Yes I wasn't that regular when I had babies.
I started these low impact workout when lockdown happened, n I am so very happy. The initial days I used to get very tired, but now my stamina is up and I am slimming down, my thighs too are taking shape .. thanks Daniel and his better half.
I've started my lifestyle journey about a month ago. I've used several different types of HIIT workouts, but when I came across The Body Project I was hooked! At 280 lbs I could only do 5-10 mins. Your encouragement has given me strength to not quit and keep coming back. Making it a realistic lifestyle change for me. Now I can do a 30 min workout with you guys and long for it when I don't do it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
May I just say from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU ! Thank you so much for this, I started out with your 15 minute work low impact for beginners, I was able to do that for the first 3 days every morning and this morning I wanted to push myself a bit more and I am on day 4 now and I was able to reach the 20 minute mark in this video without stopping broke a sweat and just celebrated myself. It feels so good to wake up in the morning and want to work out, I honestly have not worked out in over 3 years I am 38 turning 39 on the 22nd this month at 285 lbs 5ft. I would dread going to a gym and I would look for work out videos and they were so hard, but finding your low impact work outs, your motivation, your energy. You all are exactly what I needed, I wake up an hour early before my kids now excited to work out ! Excited !! You all are amazing, so thank you !

I've been doing a challenge for myself for a week and I've lost 4 inches on my hips and my waist line and I'm so proud, I've been working out for 2 months from not doing anything and i can confidently say i finish workouts with you guys now, no pause button needed!

I’ve been doing their workouts for about a month and half now and just started intermittent fasting too and so far I’ve lost 5lbs. I love their workouts! They make it so fun and they’re so encouraging.
I was diligently working out 30 minutes everyday. 5 days back my father passed away. We are in a different country and could not travel. I was devastated. Although my mother is doing ok with her siblings around her, it was painful to feel helpless. Today i decided to get back and selected this workout. Daniel, what you and Alex said last is the most inpsiring thing i have heard in a while. Things happen in life but our body and working on its health is forever and it is very personal

Just found these videos did my first work out tonight. 30mins with Alex Wayne and Angie..In tears during the last 5minutes. For the first time ever I felt like someone had my back and kept pushing me through it. Safe to say I’m knackered but today is the first day to my new life.

Thank you so much for these workouts, because I can’t go out as being shielded I’ve done one of your workouts nearly every day (low cardio). I had cancer few years ago & due to it I had to have a full chest reconstruction, it effected my movement/upper body/arms so my fitness suffered massively. 😞 (My chest was expanded & stretched to create boobs so it was 15months of pain & surgeries, sorry to get personal there) Now I’m ready to start getting back on it then I found your channel. The fact its manageable is fantastic as some workouts are too much for me. After the last few weeks of doing the same workout I completed the full routine without having to stop cos of arms/chest hurting! You have no idea how pleased I was!

These Team Body Project workouts have been such a blessing during this pandemic! I came across these when I was laid off from my job and looking for a way to stay active. My first thought was, "Oh, there's no way I can make it through one of these workouts. I'm uncoordinated and easily frustrated." Guess what...I CAN do it! To maintain weight a female is required to eat 2000 calories a day. For me I limit myself to 1000 calories a day. I do 1video a day along with 10,000 steps through walking. In the event of not being able to go walking I will do 2videos a day. I'm amazed at the results!

First time I did it, I had a bit of problem with coordination, especially the side step hamstring but when I did it again, it became easier.

I love how effective these workouts are; they save my knees, but still work up a tremendous sweat. Thanks Daniel and Team Body Project! I've been suffering from a knee injury for a year. I could not do the high intensity workouts I used to do in the past. Your workouts are the only cardio that I enjoy because I don't need to modify. You introduce the concept of "LOW IMPACT" to me. THANK YOU! I Love a simple go hard/go easier workout. This is a tough one but totally at your own pace. The Wife (33), our boy (14) and myself (45) all at different weights and energy levels, got a huge kick out of this one. Really some simple patterns repeated, go hard or rest and go easier. I used to hate working out. I loved playing team sports and games and such, but workouts alone were annoying for me. These videos have actually made me love working out. The exercises are fun and easy, and the music is pretty great. The workouts are also less awkward than others I have seen. I love how these videos don't focus on people's weight or anything; it doesn't prey on people's self-consciousness, but I just feel like Team Body Project focuses on progress. They say to go at your own pace and adjust it if you need to, and it feels like they genuinely believe in all of their watchers. Truly motivational.
I LOVE Alex and you she is such a warrior in long-distance exercise and a real encourager both of you make me want to go further.

I do this Body Project's cardio exercise every week day alternately with Low Impact 30 minute cardio workout- Beginner/intermediate. I started doing this exercises since Covid-19 pandemic last year April 2020 and it help me a lot to move and I feel great after doing this BP cardio exercises... Thank you so much Alex and Daniel. You guys gave me a lot of motivation to be healthy and active daily life!! 👍👍💪💪
Instead of crying tears of frustration and defeat , I cry tears if happiness at the end of these workouts. They make me feel so good about myself. Can you explain to me how a playlist works? I’m a TH-cam newbie in terms of using it correctly.
Tiff Under the video just click ‘Save’ - ‘New Playlist’ and name the playlist what you want e.g. ‘Body Project workouts’ and save it and then you can easily find the video again in your created playlist under ‘Library’. It’s just a way of storing all the videos in one place so you don’t have to search for them each time you want to play them. You can create lots of different playlists, so you can have a playlist for ‘Leg workouts’, ‘Ab workouts’ etc. and you can easily access and arrange them however you want. Hope that helps.
