I’m a new agent so forgive my ignorance, but how do you convince them to do a pocket listing? Is a pocket listing where you find the buyer without an agent for their listing? Isn’t that then just you being a buyers agent? Sorry I’m so confused haha
@@jakey7813 What I mean is Most people dont have the funds, and what you get for the amount of money you are spending is not very nice in comparison to other places for example Texas which can get you a beautiful mansion for like 300K. The average person living in Vancouver will be doomed to Rent forever. To survive in Vancouver you need to be making atleast 100K Minimum just to survive.

How are you convincing the seller to transition from having it as a pocket listing to going into the MLS?
In my opinion, I believe the state in which you’re in will influence that decision.

That is great, that is why they don't sell in most cases. Let them sit, and continue to follow up.
