Unrelated Brandon, but I'm a new realtor on Long Island and I'm focusing on Expired Listings. I'm not sure how to get the phone #'s of the homeowners, so I was thinking of direct mailing them instead. Is this a good idea if done right?
I’m currently going through this now in making my own newsletter. • I found a newsletter company that can format my newsletter’s. • I am following multiple cities, sports teams and news organizations in my area and anything I find interesting like big concerts, sporting event, local government events, and even new businesses opening will be things that I add to my newsletter. • Lastly, once I have a couple newsletter formatted in the way I want them to I will outsource on fiver to save time to generate more business. I'm not afraid to cold call but wanted to see if I could get any feedback. Also the rep I spoke with mentioned an ISA program in addition to the cold calling that I'm responsible for. Any feedback on that? I'm just looking for some legit non BS feedback from people here. Thanks!
