not to hate on Brandon or Mark for their hard work. it is a little bit misleading not to mention that marks older brother is a top luxury realtor here in WA & does have mark co listed on many of his listings which some are at a 3 million + price point. I'm not discrediting the work he is putting in but just adding some context. There has been some interviews that I've seen on Brandon's channel where the agent was definitely overhyped after looking at their current sales.

Thank you for exposing the truth 🙏🏼 a lot of agents are fortunate to live in a market where the commission is so high with just one deal that they don't have to do multiple transactions and the agents who are not as fortunate get discourage by videos such as this. Local agents in small communities will literally have to do over 15 transactions a year and is barley getting to $100k GROSS commission so when I see someone who is fortunate to be co-listed with a top producing agent, live in a high market area, and explain their "struggle" I definitely overlook it and not compare anymore.

Brandon can we get a couple single divorced moms with young kids with no support living in rural America on how they balance sales and homelife and still make MILLIONS??? Nothing against this young man he works hard and is around good influences like his brother who sells luxury mostly, he's able to do so much prospecting as his time slots are not blocked by school drop off and pickups, sick kids, meetings, ballet class, second jobs. Laundry, dinners, homework and so forth.....like I can't relate with a 22yo with no real life responsibilities. CLEARLY I will implement his methods in the time I have slotted for my real estate, and I'll put in the work, it just going to take me a little longer to get there! Great interview! 👍🏽 keep it going !!!

Omg Kash, I would love the same. I don’t have kids, but damn, being one person to balance every single thing in life for myself, dog, siblings, and family is definitely not Easy. I’m non stop from 5a to 9p and overwhelmed by all that still needs to be done. Would love to see an interview with a single woman who’s killing it all by herself.

  • @Globbertime

The envy in the comments is absurd , regardless of the tools and connections you have at the start - we all have the same opportunity for growth in the end . Self comparison in a negative notation leads to unproductive work environment and living space . Use comparison as motivation - we all have the same 24 hours 🦅⚡️it’s stated in the space alot, but the high turnover rate and amount of expired lisence is often due to giving up .Having a slow few months ? Figure out what’s not working and 2x productivity and zone back in . As humans regardless of job field , we should always be learning and changing our behaviors to produce more and excel .
