    That's actually kind of genius because every agent in the market place is essentially offering the same thing to these expireds "show you a plan to get the home sold and get you to idaho etc etc" It sounds like he changed the offer to be a lot more selfless "no obligation consultation to show you what happened in the event you plan to sell in one week or one year." Kind of like a preview appt with a different premise. Did he do his first year with these previews before the formal listing appt?

    • @daveraines9696
      @daveraines9696 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would say something like. That's a good question. Because after 90 days you would think the marketing on your home would bring dozens of showings, right? Then I would quickly transition into another question such as, I'm looking at the home now and can't see why buyers wouldn't come. Did something major come up during the inspection? Am I missing something?
      It's all about conversation. As simple as this sounds, after you have 10, 20,50 of these conversations you will learn what works for you in your conversation style and what doesn't.

    the entire video was great. however the no social media made me jump out of my skin! I am very resistant to using social media and everyone tries to force it down my throat. the most important thing is talking to people, social media is NOT the only place to do that. talk to the cashiers, coworkers, ppl at your gym etc. if you can't have convos in real life social media is not going to do anything about that.

    i think there is value in these videos. The only thing that puts me off is "the game is to be sold not to be told" presentation. Im going to tell you how to do these things but these are the tools you need to BUY in order to see similar results. Sign up for this $300+ CRM service per month (even though your brokerage offers one for free), sign up for this $$$ service that works with the first service recommended. Plug this service, plug that service. Also, sign up for my coaching classes. I don't dig it. What about the broke just starting individuals? The ones living deal to deal that have went all in and have to use every dime from the first couple deals for bills and debt? A sponsor drop disclaimer would be super nice at the beginning of each video. Now lets hear all the sales pitches saying my mindset is wrong.
