She demonstrates how to make the mask using collagen powder, hot water, coconut oil, and essential oil. Lastly, Dr. Janine explains how to use the collagen hair mask as a topical overnight treatment to strengthen hair.

Collagen Hair Strengthening Mask
Ingredients
1 scoop Vitatree Collagen Powder
2 tbsp Hot Water
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
10-15 drops Orange Essential Oil
Directions
1) Dissolve collagen powder in hot water.
2) Add coconut oil and essential oil, and mix well.
3) Apply to hair a few drops at a time working from roots to tips (mask will become sticky as it dries).
4) Cover your pillow with a towel, if your hair is longer you may want to tie in a loose ponytail with silk scrunchy and leave it in overnight.
5) Wash hair as normal in the morning.
6) Store in a glass jar or dropper bottle.
