My Mom used Knox gelatin in the 1960s to make her fingernail strong. She was a secretary. She had to use a typewriter all day and her nails kept breaking. It really worked. Her nails didn't break at all once she started drinking that.

I have used rosemary to regrow my hair and it truly works I read something years ago tell us that any* oil on your hair will Not allow hair to grow because you are blocking the cells that need to breath for growth of hair So now I am using a shampoo and on any place like eye lashes too very carefully and rinse off All of the claims for anything else with oils won't work the Dr's are saying

I began using the Littlllextra Cocoonion hair oil and shampoo since May, and following three months, I am noticing a noticeable difference in my hair growth. Previously, I was suffering from scanty hair, but I now find my hair has become thicker and denser. I will definitely keep using this oil.

I had a toxic liver from taking meds and this antioxidant helped me go from losing massive amounts of hair when I wash it to just about 3-5 hairs. It's now been 2 months of taking them and I have a ton of about an inch of new growth. Hope this helps someone else!

    Excerpts:
My #1 tip for hair growth and thicker hair is to consume gelatin. You could use either gelatin, unflavored and unsweetened Jell-O, or hydrolyzed collagen.
How gelatin can potentially help increase hair growth:
    • It’s 99% protein
    • It has amino acids and peptides
    • It increases blood flow and blood volume
In a few interesting studies, they saw a 50% increase in hair growth, a substantial increase in the diameter of the hair, and an increase in the number of hairs.
Gelatin may help provide the raw material needed and boost blood flow to add some additional help when it comes to hair growth-even if there is an autoimmune component or genetic weakness.
You may want to try 10 to 14 grams (1 Tbsp) of gelatin powder per day with L-cysteine or NAC and saw palmetto.
    Thank you Dr Berg!! 🐱👍🏿

    A) Apple cider vinegar and lemon
    B) Ginger root with milk (and a dash of honey)

Yes! Another great benefit of scalp massage is it brings blood flow to the surface of the skin and with it along comes collagen. Have you seen the tools that are used for fascia care? The tool used for our faces is also used with a thin scarf over the scalp to massage it. It feels wonderful and it works. 3-6 months is common for results 😊

It will melt too. Then wait a few minutes because it’s very hot and drink it. I hope this is clear. I get the little jello boxes in different favors and take it everyday. It makes a HUGE difference in my hair and eyelashes.

Gelatin never did anything for me but collagen supplements are amazing. I just turned 77 and for 76.5 years, I had terrible fingernails. Now they're beautiful. My hair was always good but it looks like the head of a 40 year old. A weird thing is happening and I want to be delicate but I lost just about all my body hair around 30 years ago. I mean ALL. That is now growing back. Collagen is not an instant fix, it takes months but it seems to stimulate collagen production and I take it only about 2-3 times a week now because it's expensive. I have almost no wrinkles and my skin is soft and smooth as a bonus. Even my neck doesn't look my age.

@@00Mali00 you know I struggled for a long time with the feeling of failure on a vegan lifestyle… I was so disappointed in myself for a long time. But after a lot of reflection I know I made the right decision for my health. I wasn’t a junk food vegan. I ate a whole food plant based diet 90% of the 5 years I was vegan. I took all the supplements, ate the super foods, took the powders and yet I still suffered in the end, both physically and more importantly mentally. You don’t know what someone has went through and how difficult the decisions they made were… veganism was my life. I was so sure I would be a vegan for the rest of my life. To stop was not an easy decision. So to assume that I just ate the wrong way is completely wrong. I don’t blame you though, because I use to think the same way when some influencer stopped being vegan, they just ate wrong. But after going through it myself and knowing I did the best I could’ve, I no longer think in dogmatic ways. Health and diet are not black and white. What works for some doesn’t for others.

Hi Jeff- that is a great idea to add gelatin while you are cooking. I never thought of that- just in desserts or drinks. However regarding the clumping…if you use (unflavored Knox type) gelatin in stews or while you are cooking - dissolve the powder in a few tablespoons cold/ lukewarm water first for a few minutes. Then add the dissolved solution into the hot pot. It will blend in and not clump I think. If you put the gelatin directly into high heat, it “cooks” into clumps. I think this is true. I will try it myself when I try adding gelatin into stew or soup next time!

It will melt too. Then wait a few minutes because it’s very hot and drink it. I hope this is clear. I get the little jello boxes in different favors and take it everyday. It makes a HUGE difference in my hair and eyelashes.

I've been eating a lot of chicken lately. Now ... my toe nails have always been frail and I don't need to cut them because they fall off by themselves in a orderly manner kind of haha. Very practical actually. So ... after eating a lot of chicken lately for obvious reasons my toe nails now had to be cut !!! 1 tblsp ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
      1 tblsp Olive oil
Apply the mixture on clean hair, let it air dry or stay in dryer for it to harden. For starters don’t let it crisp harden it’s going to break your hair (gelatin is 99% protein be careful) when you go wash your hair, follow with a moisturizing conditioner.

*Dr. Berg* or staff please read!! Back in 2019 my husband came home with a big bag of .25¢ jello boxes. We ate some every day. My hair and nails were beautiful. But the biggest difference was my husband's knees stopped cracking and popping!! They have always made very loud noises since he was early 30's. Thru the years just got louder and more pops. After jello for dessert every day all summer long. We both noticed he could get down on the floor and back up and not one sound!! As we ran out of the boxes, we ate it less. His knees started to gradually increase the cracking and popping. It was over a month and then we began to eat it more frequently again, 4-5x a week. Once again his noisy knees stopped. We eat it several times a week now more like maintenance.
Btw, My hair is down to my thighs and I don't need those artificial nails!

Knox unflavored gelatin is what I’m taking now… I used Knox for Nails in HS w excellent results, but haven’t used it since.
I buy the packets and drink 1 packet most every day in tepid water. Each packet is the equivalent of 1T. Drink it down quickly before it gels. My hair is filling in around my hairline, especially at my temples. Shine is coming back and my soft curl pattern is returning… whereas before, the last 1-2” (my ends) were going straight and were very fragile. My last trim took off the remainder and my hair is curling to the tips. I’ve started wearing it curly again! My hair used to be long, but I’ve kept my hair shorter these past 3 years because of that. It’s been maybe 3 months and even my nails have strengthened. I’ve been sharing this information at work- 3 of my friends are starting the regimen this week. We’ll compare notes. 😊

Thank you so much Dr. Berg, you have helped me so much and the way you deliver your teaching is excellent. I starting losing my hair when I was in my mid 40's - but my hairdresser passed a comment to me about my hair coming thin at the time when I was about 37 years of age - I'm a female. So, now I'm in my 50's I shall try gelatin - I am already taking collagen.❤

@@jeenp1655 I take collagen power marine/bovine. The gelatin powder I have not purchased yet but it will be the natural one used for making cakes you can find in the baking section of your supermarket.

@@rosahacketts1668 Yes, I believe that gelatin powder would be best, because the jello has too much sugar, and the one w/o sugar may have chemicals in it. I am very careful about sugar free, because many contain Maltitol, which is not good for the body.

Gelatin and Collagen are pretty much the same thing.

Why take gelatin if you're already using collagen powder? It's the same thing and probably better.

I've been taking Dr. Berg's hair formula for only 2 weeks, and my hair is growing back. I have gone through a lot of stress and started losing lots of my hair and it was looking bad. Started taking this formula, and it is the best. I'm so grateful that this hair formula works. I was really getting more stressed out because of my hair falling out. Thankfully my hair has stopped falling out as well.
