    The #1 thing that helped me with my hair growth was saunas and steam room. It helped with the blood flow to my scalp and lowered my stress levels tremendously. I saw improvements in 2 weeks that were much stronger then most hair products I used

      @La Fa not from what I experienced. My hair was falling out and I was losing alot of follicles and what I did have was thinning. I used a sauna for 15 mins and a steam room for 10 mins after and I would massage my scalp while in them and that pretty much revived my hair more than products

      @ColdRavensNest ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @La Fa hard for me to tell you because I did them both at the same time but I did use the steam room by itself at first and I think that either one will do. Its because after all the research I've done in hair loss the MAIN causes of hair loss if not hereditary are stress levels/tense scalps. When entering the steam room and or sauna they will loosen up ur muscles in your whole body and allow ur scalp to not be stiff and allow better blood flow mixed with dropping ur stress levels considerably

    ponytails with elastics Pull your hair out. It concentrates the hair weight and actually starts to hurt my scalp after a while.

    In addition to a well rounded collagen supplement, I drink plain gelatin (Knox or some stores have their own brand). It is unflavored and sugar free. I add to my favorite hot drink and sip on it. My hair and nails grow very nice and hair is thick and healthy!

    I have heard plain gelatin works just as well. I can't afford the collagen powders. I buy Knox unflavored gelatin and mix it in water. I also eat Jello, but of course there is coloring and sugar added. I don't eat it that often though.

      I ordered plain beef gelatine from swanson vitamins online, a whole pound for like $8. I think jello ends up costing a lot more, it's at least $1 for a couple ounces. I add stevia and other flavorings, or just put a tablespoon into my coffee.

      Hi there! We recommend checking out Vitatree's Magnesium, it is a magnesium bisglycinate so is more easily absorbed by the body. It is also free from fillers or flow agents like magnesium stearate. Hope this helps, Team Dr. Janine. 😊

    Personally I disagree with washing hair more often for hair growth. My hair actually starting growing faster and my part filled in again by washing it less when I started working from home in 2020. Previously I would wash my fine hair almost every day for the volume. Now I wash my hair usually every 4 days and on occasion will even go 5 days between washings, especially in the winter. In my 50's, my hair is looking the best it has in a long time. It has thickened a bit and I see very little hair fall in the shower compared to before. I had my hair done a few days ago and my hair stylist could not believe how long my hair had grown since the last vist 3 months ago.

      ..I.agree , on the point about washing your hair l e s s . .
      My hair started to get much longer when I stopped washing it twice -3 tines a week.. I went to once a week, and it started growing within a short amount of time. ( this was a few years ago, in my early 60's)... I think that there's variables with certain things, and it is not a ' One Size Fits All " equation. She means well, of course, but it depends on each individual.

      @minorityfringe387 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@texasstardust6010 Yesss....there is no one size solution for all. We are all different. That being said, my sister and her best friend decided to try washing their hair less because of my experience and they too report after about about six months that they are experiencing less hair loss and noticing faster hair growth so I dunno. Unlike me they both have thicker hair. Worth a try to wash your hair less often if more often doesn't help. I am not sure if this would have worked for me in my younger days when my baby fine hair was quite oily. Now it is normal so I can get away with washing it less often. All I can say is that I am very happy with my hair these days since I cut back on the frequency of my hair washing. My hair stylist has also noticed that my hair is growing very fast these days. 🙂

      I think so ! Our body naturally produces it and produces less the older we get. It’s not only good for your hair but especially good for skin, and joints.
