My skin is the same as the original poster. Inl had bad inflammatory acne for over 14 years. I always looked after my skin but I personally think a change of hormones has finally cleared my skin up after all these years. However, I'm 42 now and dealing with perimenopause symptoms😢@@diopfifi4937

You should spray flonase in the center of the nose. It dissoves the septum over time. Spray it angularly away from the septum. (I'm a licensed pharmacy tech in germany btw)

I have to honestly say that since I started watching your videos and absorbing soooo much information 😅😅😅 I stopped wearing foundation, I just want to make clear that you have never tell anyone to stop wearing foundation, that was my decision after learning how to take care of my skin and find what works for my skin issues. I am 50 years old and my skin never looked better even going thru menopause. Thank you so much for your help and lessons!! I absolutely love your products ❤

Oh my god i know me too! My skin looks ugly compared to hers. Makes me depressed. I guess i should go to a dermatologist sometime cause im not totally sure what all i should be using for my face to make it look way better. I do some stuff at least so i wash my face once a day, moisturize 2 times a day, exfoliate usually 2 times a week and then ill also use some kind of retinol.

I’m 52: I use (in this order) a vitamin C toner, a fermented essence, a licorice root essence, argeriline on my fine lines, a retinol eye cream, a moisturizer, and sunscreen. Makeup: a minimum of brows and mascara since mine are invisible.

lolavie is the best
I know that struggle! I'm naturally pale, like you - but a Winter to make things even worse (#110 in Fenty) - & I have so little melanin to camouflage any inflammation that applying _anything_ leaves me visibly pink, just from the miniscule pressure of contact. I'm always having to explain to gfs that no, this product isn't irritating my skin, the redness is sheerly from me _touching_ it, + will die down quickly.
I mean, I literally look like I'm wearing a sheet-mask of sunburn (i.e. everything effected except eye-socket & lips, + a 2mm-or-so white margin around them for some reason, & ending crisply at my jawline, IDKW) on a shade spectrum from a mid flamingo -> fandango/a mid-deep fuschia after working out or getting too warm, lol. Can't even use a foundation brush, bc even with the softest one, the "buffing in" motion leaves redness behind it as it goes.
So I only worry about skincare products if they actively burn. 😂
