    Lol....me again! Strongly considering the Jabra Enhance Select 200. They just dropped in price again, so I called. A guy told me they were introducing the NEW Jabra Enhance Select 300 on December 4th! He said that everyone there will be informed of the specs this Wednesday. PLEASE find out what you can (specs) and share with us soon! YOU ROCK, Brian!

      I sure will. Maybe the select 300's will be the enhance pro 10. Hmm...

    Great review! Some Medicare Advantage plans offer these for even much less. Based on your review I checked my plan and found them for $198. I just ordered a pair. Thank you!

    Hi Brian. Great video! I am a subscriber and I enjoy the helpful information you give in your videos. It would be great to get more information on the percentage of Android compatibility with the hearing aids you review as a lot of us use Android phones. Getting your take on the performance of the app would be very useful and helpful in deciding the best choice for the buyer.
    Only after I purchased my hearing aids and during the fitting was the first time I "enlightened" about Android phones not really being easy to use with my hearing aids and there were many features I couldn't assess without an iPhone. To say the least, I wasn't happy not receiving this information before my purchase to make a more educated choice as a lot of these features I wanted and thought I was getting were not available to me.
    Anyway, keep up the great work! Cheers from Alaska!!

      Thank you so much! As a general rule of thumb, as of 2023, and I can't speak for starkey... 3/4 of the top manufacturers of RX hearing aids don't work well with androids. This is just how it is right now. I'm hoping this changes in the future. But for now, sonova (phonak) hearing aids are the only ones that work well with both phone operating systems.

    Your videos are very helpful. What kills me about the hearing aid market is the amount of profit they have been making for so many years at the expense of people that may not have been able to afford them.

      exactly. Thats one of the main reasons i started this channel. To let everyone know this doesn't have to be the way. I'm glad you like the videos!!

    Thanks for the great review Brian. Useful to me would be applying your scoring system on the Sony CRE C10 hearing aids.

      Let me know how they score and what the price per point is.

    Hi Brian.Liked your video and really interested in the Jabra Enhanced Plus. Right now are using the Jabra enhance pro 10 from Costco which cost me $1649. Do not really like the part of the unit hanging behind my ear. Did not use the unit very much and 6 mos trial period will end March 10.
    Was very much interested in the Jabra enhance plus except for the $800 price tag. After watching the your video went directly to the Amazon website but they have it still listed for $799.99.
    Think I should wait for the next generation which could have the wax filter and the android capability. Can do without for now.Left ear great, right ear not so good.Thanks for the video.

      @HearingClub  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      ya, i would probably wait. No wax filters is a pretty big issue.

    Unfortunately it looks like the price has increased back to it's $799 price point. I do need them to operate on Android so I would have still had to wait for a firmware update, but I'd like to see these earbuds at around $500-$600

      @HearingClub  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I agree, they totally should have left the price at 500.00.

    Thanks for the great information, I did already see that on Amazon and am thinking about them for a backup. But the reviews seem like a lot of customers are having issues with them. Stops charging and or working. I know I have a grace period to return them but do I want to bother. Maybe the price drop is a way to stimulate customer sales.

      @HearingClub  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'll have to read some reviews. I can tell you this, over the counter hearing aids have a 1 year warranty for a reason. I don't think they are really meant for longer than that. That's another reason I would stick to the lower priced ones personally.

    Love the features and being usable with phone is great but only useable with Apple phones is the deal breaker
    What is the closest thing to these for Android phones?
    Thanks for sharing

    I tried to use AirPod Pros as hearing aids (as promoted by a couple other hearing channels) and I can’t honestly say they do not work. They are great for music and podcasts but they make horrible hearing aids.

    • @HearingClub
      @HearingClub  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Correct because they don’t amplify sounds to your specific loss. They’re made to stream music/podcast.

      On the other hand,@@HearingClub, using AirPod Pro 2 with Audiogram (from Mimi app) sounded so good that I decided to get hearing aids from Costco. They definitely DO amplify sounds lost to my age-related ears.

    Do you think the beige color hides the aid better than the black. I’m not sure which to order?

    • @HearingClub
      @HearingClub  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      i don't really think you can hide these, but i would say probably beige.

    Do these support Auracast?
