    Forgive my ignorance but why is potassium always so low on greens and/or replacement shakes. The mg i see are usually 800 or less and some are so low it’s less than 3% daily value. Does it not take much to be efficacious? Because under 20% drv seems not very effective and under 3% doesn’t seem efficacious. Thanks for the help

    I am hooked on rootana. It's the only one that I could find that doesn't have the horrible sucralose or stevia sweetener taste

      @@PeridotPrincess yes, but it depends on the flavor. The original tastes more like oatmeal, the chocolate and vanilla less so.

    I was 235 pounds at 35% body fat and recently decided to be healthy My meals throughout the day are 3 egg whites 3 slices of Turkey bacon and a slice of wheat toast. I do a cardio session followed by a weight training session. My lunch is a garden salad with croutons 2 slices of Turkey bacon and Italian dressing. Dinner is a chicken breast baked vegetables ( yellow squash , broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, or carrots) with a starch either white rice or sweet potatoes. My problem is when I get home from work at 2 am i come home hungry and often find myself raiding the fridge my thinking is maybe I could drink a protein shake to calm my hunger before I go to sleep but I’ve never really drank meal replacements and I’m very new to supplements and I would like to know if this would be a good idea or not, is it healthy and sustainable to do that ?

      you don't eat enough and are depriving your boddy of nutrients. respect your boddy and it will repect you.
      tips, drink a big glass of water when you wake up, sit up straight and tighten your muscles on every occasion. before eating drink another big glass of water. to lesten hunger try spreading meals more or make sure there is fruit instead of pizza in the fridge. take enough rest take enough recovery time or you will suffer dminisching returns wich will break your motivation. time your meals, wich meal when depending on activity planned.
      in essence eating a balanced meal is always bether then shakes, just not as practical.
      i hope you are still holding strong but with what you described i presumme not.

    Okay, guy. . . I already watch your stridwise videos. (Which are great) I search for info on meal replacement protein supplements, and you pop up on a different channel. I'm going to watch the video because I'm sure it's well made and informative but I can't be getting all my advice from you. I'm also planning on trying to learn to fish. You better not have a channel about fishing, or im picking a new, new hobby.

    In 12 weeks I went from 212 lbs 15% bf to 176lbs 9% bf by eat six meals everyday and lots of water. This was my typical days meals
    7 egg whites 1 whole egg and cup of oatmeal
    Meal replacement shake
    Rice, chicken and veggies
    Meal replacement
    Steak, potato and salad
    Meal replacement or 1 cup of cottage cheese (for the Casein protein) and low fat yogurt
