I'm 75 years old, have tried Chi Gong and Tai Chi in the past, but always gave up. The classes were large, and everyone was at a different stage of knowledge and movement, so it felt terribly stressful. I'm getting ready for a replacement of my aortic valve soon, and have had to stop weight training, and don't like yoga. So, on TH-cam I found Don Fiore. I"ve been doing it 5 days straight, and it makes me so happy! I have never enjoyed Chi Gong before!!! Thank you so much. It is a lovely collaboration of two grand people.

For the visually impaired community, please describe the exercise at the beginning. Also, how many repetitions for each exercise. Can you cover exercises for those who are recovering from hip fracture surgery. Not sure if the side to side exercises are recommended. Thank you.

I think he does a good job of it. the Roku TV used to read the whole screen and with descriptions toggled was a great tool however because it sidesteps the ISP via wifi and allows Internet access without a router when cables ,it works like a cable box also. it's being unsupported all around the country , it turns out when they unsupport it they lose admin control so it'll be correctable soon big hearts I hope you learned the Google assistant commands and have things set up and well configured which is ongoing as endless commands can be configured and its being redacted from the user level and sold commercially but will remain cost free to qualified disabled individuals. good luck I appreciated your comment hehe , e y e see what you mean❤
