I remember back in 2014 I had really bad anxiety and panic attacks. One day I was having a panic attack, my girlfriend filled the tub with hot water, set some candles, put some relaxing music and got me in there. For the first time in my life I tried not to think of anything at all and just enjoy the bath, I evaded every thought and by accident got into a meditative state, where all my anxiety melted. I didn’t know what happened but it was like a miracle, so I started searching on TH-cam and found out about meditation and breathing techniques. My life changed after learning how to disconnect and just focus on my breathing. No more anxiety or panic attacks! Im in control now 🙏🏻

I've experienced everything whatever is said in this video. Before getting to the equilibrium, your forehead aches a lot. But once you achieve it you'll feel like each and every cell of your body is dancing and this practice of pranayam becomes an addiction.
You'll feel like an outline is formed along your body.
Unfortunately I couldn't maintain consistency in practicing it.
This video has helped me in authentication that whatever I had been doing is safe. Because somewhere I would feel like I'm endangering my life as after you start doing this, all your old ailments get triggered to be healed up. I've gone through a lot of pain but yet didn't consult a single doctor because I knew all that was happening with me was due the pranayam I was doing.
Thank you so much for this video

Covering several very basic and useful practices. A very informative video
I have had the opportunity of experiencing breath work for many years. I used breath work to feel my feelings and experience the self.
Inner space has cleared so much what I thought was emotional suffering what learned and experienced was first going into the emotional chaos where I could see, feel and understand what happened or what my linear conceptual fears and private conversation were.
I realized I lived suffering not present as I
    Easily dropped domesticated fears
Without effort the high healing energy would course through my entire body, mind heavy energy would flow out of me especially when using music to help open the lower chakras incredibly healing.
Soothing and releasing there would be visuals of people places with full audio in mili seconds showing me and then just moving forward always in the moment.
I am now in 70s fully enjoying my understanding of my humanity and the. Mastery of feeling my emotions with dignity and compassion for the self and for all humanity. Realizing the clinging of mind and the suffering it can cause. Knowing we have choices
And breath work and breath is a powerful way to intentition and awareness.
    Om Nama Shivaya

I practiced meditation many years ago and I noticed that as I focused on my breathing and time passed, I felt as if I was becoming weightless. Not sure if this was part of the process, but my body felt as light as a feather. Anyways, it’s amazing and also paradoxical that all we have to do is breathe.

Wow, I've got ADHD and I never knew this. I have a belief you can learn from nature like how dogs and horses from time to time take deep breaths and snort out air. One day, I wondered why animals do this behavior. I tried it out and I felt a little light headed but noticed my fuzzy mental clarity when I'm sleepy and unfocused and snorting air out my nostrils with my mouth closed helped. I thought that maybe animals instinctively knew to oxygenate their brains from time to time. Now I do many deep breathings and snort out air to force a bit of oxygen into my brain whenever I feel a need a boost mentally. I also drink stuff that has caffeine and try to eat mostly cooked meat diet for my health and try to sleep enough and hydrate enough. I'll try this technique though. I believe nature shows many truths about the universe in plain sight and often can teach many things to those who are deeply invested and receptive. I also believe science can give an explanation to everything eventually. I'm mostly a big believer of science, I try to live my life based on what would logically, rationally and scientifically make sense.

The Truth! Excellent video. I came to this 'accidentally' via working on meditation to heal severe sexual abuse issues - it enabled me to release & heal damaged kundalini energy which in turn I raised up to the 'Godhead' or higher self, etc, leading me to become an energy 'healer'. Always remember to GROUND 1st b4 raising ur energy & Consciousness - I say this as I knew nothing of grounding & thus literally sent myself into psychosis through continual raising of kundalini (it can be a form of 'escape'... - one of the reasons why this side of Awakening was kept secret for a long time in Human history terms, along with the suppression of internal power of course...

    • @andyxbox1
      @andyxbox1 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

Omg I resonate so much with your comment. It feels like you've just described my own life. From the childhood I resorted into masturbation and later on into excessive pleasuring by doing long edging techniques without ejaculating for days. Eventually all that tension transformed into prostatitis and sent me straight to hell. I was in pain just by thinking of having sex with my gf...In the following years I have only focused on 'healing', with the resources I've had and was set on this misunderstood realm of spirituality, where everyone thinks they're ready to ascend, without doing any intense grounding first..so here I am dealing with massive amounts of daily energy that I don't know how to fully express, solely because of not being rooted enough. I hope your journey is smoother than mine ✌️

Same I was healing from a narcissist plus I'm bipolar 1 so I started working on kundalini, meditation, and breath work. when I ascended I got psychosis along with heightened empathy, and intuition. I started grounding with letting go of everything to stay in the present. I manifest synchronization all the time.

The correct way of doing Nadi Shodhana (aka, Nadi Shuddhi) pranayama is as follows, with the caveat that heart patients SHOULD NOT attempt to do this or any pranayama for that matter.
-1. REMEMBER TO SIT STRAIGHT AND COMFORTABLY. TRY NOT TO BEND BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER INHALATIONS, EXHALATIONS OR HOLDING BREATH.
    0. MAKE SURE YOU ARE DOING ABDOMINAL BREATHING ONLY DURING PRANAYAMA. Meaning, while inhaling your abdomen/stomach bulges out like a balloon and while exhaling, your abdomen/stomach empties out air like a punctured balloon.
    1. Close your left nostril with your ring and pinkie fingers with your middle and index fingers folded and then exhale out with your right nostril. REMEMBER ABDOMINAL BREATHING. This process is called SHUNYATHA.
    2. Now close your right nostril with your thumb, release your left nostril and breath in with your left nostril while counting 1, 2, 3, 4 (for beginners…later with practice, you increase gradually over a 6 month timeframe, to count till 12). Make sure your mouth remains closed. This is called PURAKAM or filling in, in Sanskrit. REMEMBER ABDOMINAL BREATHING.
    3. Now close both nostrils (ring + index fingers closing left nostril and thumb closing right nostril) and then HOLD your breath while counting 1, 2, …to 16 (FOUR times the amount of time you took to inhale). THIS IS KUMBHAKAM or holding breath.
    4. Now release the right nostril and S L O W L Y exhale through your right nostril while counting to 8 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8). Make sure your left nostril and mouth are closed during this time. REMEMBER ABDOMINAL BREATHING. THIS IS RECHAKAM or emptying out.
    5. After you have exhaled out, WAIT for 1 or 2 seconds (or count to 2 or 4). This amount of time remains constant even after 6 months or years of practice. THIS IS SUNYAM or void.
    6. Now, inhale through the SAME right nostril while keeping the left nostril closed and while counting 1,2,3,4. REMEMBER ABDOMINAL BREATHING.
    7. Now close both nostrils (ring + index fingers closing left nostril and thumb closing right nostril) and then HOLD your breath while counting 1, 2, …to 16 (FOUR times the amount of time you took to inhale)
    8. Now release the left nostril and S L O W L Y exhale through your left nostril while counting to 8 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8). Make sure that the right nostril is closed during this time, as is your mouth. REMEMBER ABDOMINAL BREATHING.
    9. After you have exhaled out, WAIT for 1 or 2 seconds (or count to 2 or 4). This amount of time remains constant even after 6 months or years of practice
THIS CONSTITUTES 1 full Nadi Shodhana or Nadi Shuddhi pranayama. Now you repeat this whole process from steps 2 to 9 (after 1st time, no need for step 1) again and again for a minimum of 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening ON AN EMPTY STOMACH ONLY. If you forgot to do this pranayama before eating, then wait for 3 hours after eating to do it.
IF, WHILE DOING THIS PRANAYAMA, you feel breathless, STOP doing the pranayama, catch your breath and come back to normal and continue from where you left off.
IF, while doing this pranayama, YOU FEEL DISCOMFORT IN ANY WAY, ESPECIALLY IN YOUR CHEST AREA, S T O P doing this PARTICULAR type of pranayama (Nadi Shodhana or Nadi Shuddhi) IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT DO IT AGAIN. You may try some other lighter and easier pranayama UNDER the guidance of an EXPERIENCED yoga teacher and AFTER getting express permission from your physician.
If this Nadi Shuddhi pranayama is done for a daily minimum of 20 minutes (10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening) on an empty stomach, as long as you are healthy and comfortable doing this, you may start seeing positive results in your physical health and meditation practices as well as a general calmness.
This is how Nadi Shodhana or Nadi Shuddhi pranayama is to be done.

This Nadi Shuddhi pranayama purifies the Ida or lunar nadi, Sushumna or central nadi and Pingala or solar nadi. In the central Sushmna nadi, there are 3 sub-nadis called vajrini, chitrini (?) and Brahmi nadi. The Kundalini energy rises through the Brahmi nadi, once the 3 main nadis are purified and cleared of all blocks. The Kundalini has to clear Brahma granthi ( Moolaadhaara chakra), Vishnu granthi (Manipuraka chakra) and Rudra granthi (Ajna chakra) before it reaches Sahasrara chakra. Once it crosses Rudra granthi, the person’s soul leaves the body through Brahmarandhra which is in the middle of the Sahasrara chakra on the crown of your head within 2 months. High level yogis (I mean saints who have done intense penance and have reached the pinnacle of spiritual realm…not the “ yogis” who call themselves as “yogis” right after enrolling in a yoga class 😂) have attained moksha in this manner, wherein their skull cracks open at the crown of the head. Of course, it takes years of intense tapas or penance with lots of guru kripa ( real gurus…not the fake ones out there making money and talking in flowery language to attract people and disciples without any real thapo shakthi) and God’s grace. It may even take multiple human lifetimes to get there.
Knowing about Swara Yoga also helps with pranayama at a more advanced level.

Natural breathing Exercise which helps "eliminate" Head Ache : Himalayan Breathing - also mentioned by Norwegian Whim Hoff after his India travels. The steps are
    1) Take in air with both the nose
    2) Release with your mouth
    3) For normal routine, do this 30 Times
    4) For short time or Head ache do it 10 times.
    5) After you have chosen the cycle, suppose 10 times- Then after you release air with your Mouth, keep you body empty by a STOP on breathing.
    6) This stop taking in air has to be maintained as longer you can. If loss of breath, do 1) & 2) three times more and after releasing the air.... don't take in any air and stop
    7) This stopping is opposite of what we usually do. That is fill in and then try to stay on that . But this method is reverse- For es your Body to Take that last ounce of air that exists in your body as you have vented out all after breathing exercise and stopped taking in new air.
    - Head ache is caused by a fluid released in brain. Brain needs oxygen. Blood needs too. In lack of it, this extra fluid that consumes oxygen is pushed back by vital parts of the body and gead ache gets reduced.

For westerners who have never practiced any yoga whatsoever, be extremely careful. Take it very, very slowly. This is not a physical exercise nor should it be treated as competitive, even against yourself. Raising the kundalini can be a double edged sword. And kundalini psychosis is no joke, take it from me.

@@ruptro6658 kundalini is a serpent and a demon, it arises from breath and lays coiled upon your lust. it seeks to devour your heart once it opens, this will limit your mind, and chain down your spirit. the temptation is to believe that power arises from sexual energy... the real temptation is the belief that power is to be taken at all...do you believe love conquers all and proceeds before all things? this is not an argument. this is high truth. hear it, believe it or you are inverted, and it will devour your heart and claim your soul. if you do, the serpent will still tempt you; have your cake and eat it too it will say. But as it fails to deliver on all promises, and your life falls to pieces, and you pick up the shards of your shattered ego, the serpent will turn from tempter, to accuser, to condemner. we must desperately pray that we are protected from this. and we must also desperately pray that we are able to see the difference between our shadow-self, and our inner child, and call upon the serpent only to feed it the food which kills it so we can unchain our soul and give our inner child the love and attention it truly needs, so we can actually begin to walk a path of transcendence, not the path of icarus, where just as we begin to transcend our wings are burned and we fall once again to beyond the very beginning of our journey, further back then, because we realize just how fallen and ignorant we were, and how arrogant we behaved. Yall know you can breath, pray by night, and seek Jesus right? please hear the petition of the uncreated light, and the love that proceedeth death, and onto which death itself is begotten?
