    Was thinking about how it’s likely that at least one person out there in the world is doing a practice of yours at all times. That is pretty incredible Juliana and Mark! You are allowing people to deeply connect daily, even if for only 10 mins! When I do one of your practices I feel as tho I’m there with you personally, like you guys my close friends.     Dear Juliana, I have been doing yoga for many years at an amateur level. Your classes have brought me on an other level, with my hips opening for the first time and my shoulders getting rid of so much stress accumulated for years.     I’ve been following you for a few years now(since 2015 i think). You’ve helped me fall in love with my practice and inspire me do become better and practice more often. I lift weights at home 3 days a week now and on my rest days, or when i desperately need a good stretch, or one of my ‘off’ days when im not feeling so well, I do one of your videos and it feels so good and makes me feel so relaxed.
    And honestly, I tried a few other classes and a few other teachers, online and in person. And no one compares to you. Your voice. Your energy. The flow. Even the sounds. So, thank you ❤
    I have a special request; it would be most useful to me, to have a flow to strengthen and stretch the upper body. Especially my chest and shoulders, I can be very tight in this area making to hard to sit straight and pull my shoulders back sometimes. Reverse bridge is a hard one for me, and i’ve been practicing for years! A good chest/heart opener please ❤

    I love the practice,but the pace is way to fast. I'm trying to go with my breath but it's slower than the way you go, which either makes me go faster and choppy and get out of my breath or go slower than you and get way behind and miss a lot of excersises.

    Well done giannah, that was definitely a challenge and I was quite/very, very tempted to give up and stop, but I perceived and didn’t let the doubt and frustration and anger and confusion and fear that I was feeling hold me back. I am extremely proud of myself today and from the bottom of my heart I thank myself;giannah and I thank our lovely yoga guide for providing us with such an amazing, rejuvenating, challenging yoga practice.
