    I have been following some of your series and many videos but i loved this one best so far 🙏.
    It's a nice workout, yet it felt nice and gentle for the body and I also loved the extra rejuvenating meditation at the end!

    My forever favourite part is when juliana says raise your hands and fill your lungs with oxygen . It relaxes me on another level and my thoughts just cease to exist .

    Amazing class. Thank you for letting me be a part of this experience. Your guiding words help me to stay through the whole length of every exercise, even if I think I can't do it anymore.     Recovering from physical injury, I felt discouraged because I lost so much flexibility and strength in my recovery process. But this practice was so perfect. I did work up a sweat, but it felt gentle and rejuvenating. I was so proud of my body for making it through and beginning the long road ahead in recovering my yoga practice. Thank you guys for the amazing content always.
