This is great. I've just had elbow capsule release surgery and am working hard to get back the everyday activities I've not been able to do since the original break 14 months ago.

You are amazing. I had a hairline fracture in my left elbow 3 weeks ago. My elbow is much better, but being an impatient person, can’t wait for it to be 100%. But your videos help with the reassurance. ❤❤

Thank you so much. I have a radial head compression fracture of the left elbow. Today the orthopedic surgeon, said I'm good to do range of motion exercises as everything is stable and healing nicely. Thanks to you, I just flossed for the first time in 2 weeks. I am so grateful

Great videos, thankyou. I have at last managed brushing teeth and my hair over the last couple of weeks. My next aim would be to apply liquid foundation and insert stud earrings. Have found that sitting with my elbows on the table and my chin in my hands is helping with the wrist rotation. Hoping to be able to do the last two activities very soon. My injury was 7 months ago, fractured elbow and partial tears to my shoulder which evolved into a frozen shoulder. Lots of celebration with each mile stone such as feeding my self etc.

hi maam.. god bless you and your family, your videos have given me a lot of improvement, in just 10 days after my cast was removed, my elbow had been dislocated past 1 month. I had started following your videos, I’m doing this flexion and extension exercise twice a day daily, and my elbow is bit swollen, is it normal?? Or should I take a break from my exercise???

Hey Michelle! This is totally unrelated to this video, but I was wondering why still to this day after having a fully healed mallet finger for 9months now i still have a bit of pain at the region of the injury? Is this normal after a fully healed mallet finger?

The things I am most desperate to do are tie my hair in a pony tail, put on earrings and put on a necklace! In addition to all the things in your video! It would be great if you could demonstrate the floss as well ☺️
