The way this video is made is insane. Love the transitions, different camera angles, drone shots and just the way it was put together. Great job guys, keep up the good work! Now definetly gotta try to learn these skills haha
Hard to believe these are beginners skills. Impressive !!! Great video, especially showing the end result first and then breaking it down. Thanks a lot guys !
I'm 18. I was your regular student year ago, then left exercising completely to concentrate in competitive exam. But now I'm back. Yesterday I made promise to myself that I won't stop exercising. After watching this video I tried some exercise which I used to do everyday, I did most, but only 2-3 times I could do them. From now on I'm going to exercise everyday. Thanks a lot, you two big brothers and your team. Have A Strong Day.
Hi I m currently 14 year old training since 4 months but still want a complete 7 day workout plan which I can repeat every week for lifetime and become fitter and stronger each week . Basically I want a complete calisthenics routine of a week including when to rest, how to do calisthenics without any equipment and plzzzz make workout less than 30 minutes each day . Also 1 more request plzz include warm-ups and stretching. Waiting for yr nxt 7 calisthenics videos ❤❤
Ig if u do push exercises , pull exercises , leg and core and one day for streching and even if u workout 7 days keeping different muscles for different days it would never affect the recovery
Thank you for all your videos, you've got me started with calisthenics and I'm loving it and this video has really helped me understand certain skills are not as hard to get as a begineer 😀
I thought that I was gonna learn something new but I knew all of these but still I got to learn the correct placements of arms for the clutch. Thanks for that
Great video bro I am trying to do handstand but I can't with this video I can do it definitely I can also trying to do elbow lever from the five consecutive days and then by seeing your video I am increasing my strength and I am feeling very better now my friend you both big brothers give us very useful tips for calisthenics and for beginners to get started with your help and my coordination I can do many celisthenics moves and I have improved my skills with you only. THANK YOU MY FRIEND VERY VERY MUCH 😌
Great video showing how moves can be easier than they look. I'm already working on handstand balance and will definitely check, if I can do the 1 arm elbow lever. Thank you! :)
Love the content. I was actually able to do some of these skills that I didn’t think I could’ve done before. Breaking it down like that made it a whole lot more simple and doable.
I live in India Watching you for a time and learned handstand from your videos my max is 34 sec perfect form❤❤ Can I get those parallets 😅 I really want them
hey guys! I'm 11 years old (much younger than a few of the people whose comments I've read) and although he isn't a beginner, I only have at least 5 months of calisthenics practice and I can do most of them easy peasy! Except for the L - sit, pullover, tiger bend, needle, and the rest except elbow lever haha so don't say it is hard for beginners. Nice video keep up the great work.
I thought he was just strong so he got the hang of them pretty quickly. I could do most of these if my upper body was stronger but I'm a weak little noodle so I'll have to work myself up first 😊
